Hello Rleanos, in our experience, you can both hear on audio and see on the TV screen the differences. Please come visit us, or a local dealer in your area, for a demo
Power conditioners like the audio quest cables, don’t make anything sound better, they just make it sound less bad. I was skeptical until audio quest did a demo of the 707 with a normal JBL soundbar in my store and while it didn’t make it louder or sound dramatically better, it did made it sound cleaner, specifically the sub just sounded like it was getting the power it actually needed hit all the low ends it genuinely had more punch. I’ll admit I didn’t hear any difference in the soundbar though.
The Furman Elite PFI ones were designed by the same designer as the PowerQuest ones and have similar components inside normally on sale for about half the price of the PowerQuest. I also have that similar meter made by Greenwave and it measures Greenwave product well. However when I plugged it into the Audioquest Niagara 1200 or the Furman Elite, the noise was higher than the actual wall outlet. I don't trust these meters at all. The meter may be made to measure a specific product or the product may be made to measure well with a specific meter. Hope someone will find out the truth about them.
Thanks Elffin, the big difference with the high power ones is that they handle more current than the other three. We suggest using that one with an integrated amp
Hello Veno, it's hard to quantify how much of an improvement, partly as people's reactions to a product can vary with taste. Play a good speaker and a better one for one person, who loves the better one - and someone else will say they don't hear much difference. Power conditioners filter out noise, so late at night for example, when your neighborhood has less usage, you'll typically hear less difference than when the power grid is busier. But you can expect improvement, yes. If you have more questions please reach out to us: ask@gramophone.com
Hello Simple, Niagara uses the most premium components and offers even greater reduction in noise vs. the PowerQuest series. Having said that, PowerQuest is very popular because there are a lot of features and performance for the money. For example PowerQuest offers four high level inputs in the 505 and 707
Hello Alan, yes, that should work great. Even the PQ 303 has four High-Current outlets for amplifiers, so connect your guitar amp to one of those and you're good to go
check out other videos about 707. There is one tested with Green Wave Broadband EMI Meter and 707 didn't do as well as in this video. This video shows silence.. the other video.. 707 with Green Wave extremely noisy. Confused... who to believe..
Hi Angelitoos, we just checked out another video reviewer whose work we've seen and trust. The 707 tested out very well and got his recommendation. Not sure which video review you've seen, but please correspond directly with us at ask@gramophone.com and we'll see if we can put your fears to rest
Thanks for the great video. I have AQ Niagara 3000 and love it; it absolutely changed my system. I am thinking of getting another one for my other system. But what is the difference between the Niagara line and PowerQuest line? Thanks again
Hi Rodrazvan, the PowerQuest products are very good; Niagara products are the higher quality ones - even quieter, and with more current reserves. For example, your 3000 spec's out at 55 amps peak (up to 25mS) transient power correction, whereas the top of the line 707 specs at 45 amps peak transient power correction. We hope this helps
That was the most informative ad I’ve ever seen. Especially the part about my old power conditioner probably being worn out.
Thank you Root for your comment
I’d like to see a demo on 505

If you tip it to the side does snake oil leak out of it?
It's made out of snake oil!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Thanks Dillon, yes, many folks are skeptical until getting a demo of a good power conditioner, which can make a significant difference

Doesn't it make more sense to plug an integrated amp to the linear filtering one (due to the preamp part of the integrated amp)?

@@GramophoneMD - thanks a lot!!
I have the sonetto III with an Arcam SA30 amp and I have thought about the AUDIOQUEST POWERQUEST 303 how " big of an improvemt would I expect "

How is it compared to the Niagra series?

Will this help my guitar amplifiers?

Thx for the laughs. This was hilarious.
Power conditioners don't affect sound quality. Obviously.
Thank you for your comment Mrs. Zambezi

My brother has exactly the same tv as me and always says mine has better picture quality he doesn’t use a power conditioner
Thanks David, agreed
