It’s a good book Mark. Still not at the end but the premise is to get plenty of simple carbs down you. It mentions to eat anything you want but to only eat when you’re truly hungry, eat slowly and at roughly the same time each day and to stop before you’re full up. Repeat the process everyday. It’s maybe a bit for elite runners but will do well for anyone who runs regularly. I’ve been focusing more on protein to get stronger but I’ll take the advice from the book.
