Thank you so much!! Spacing is something we keep messing around with and changing up with trial and error. Always something new you learn. Keeps it fun.
Love your set up and great way to tame those tomatoes! The tomato cages are a wonderful idea too, we make our own from fencing and they are brilliant 🙌🏼 well done lovely, you’re place looks great!!
Much appreciated thank you!! I always respect people's nice garden videos because I know how much hard work really goes into it. Your farm is incredibly beautiful. Goals for myself to have flowers like that someday haha!!
You all did a great jpb. I love how you trellis your tomatoes, I used bamboo stakes which havent held up to the bad winds. So recently my kids helped me put up some cattle panels to put our new seedlings t trellis up. Love your land.
Thank you kindly! I have tried bamboo stakes myself out of curiosity to see if they hold up to bush variety tomatoes. I had the same problem. Super strong gusts of wind knocked them right down. Cattle panels are a great idea! That's great your kids helped. Love that.
I put my indeterminate tomatoes on a fence also, but I haven't used the clips. I think I have seen them in other videos, but forgot about them. I've been weaving the vines through the fence as they grow. I like the idea of using the clips because I have broken a few vines trying to push them through the fence.
Oh I am definitely guilty of that myself! I have woven them in to see how that works and always risky. I tried string once and struggled with that. Clips for me is a sure thing.
Thanks so much! We were so lucky to have been able to get this property. Was meant to be! I can't get over your channel description! Made me read twice. So happy you both are united and sharing similar interests!!! What an amazing journey you two have had!
Awesomeness guys !! Love your garden and a beautiful property!! Like the spacing between plants and all the trellises.
Cheers Jason and Colleen 🌱🍅🌱

Great setup! I’ve always wondered about tomato clips!
