Thank-You doing my 700 Hisun and it is the same procedure, same torques same valve adjustments, now to go and see how it runs and performs. Just confirming I did it following the right procedures.

I was dreading to remove the engine from mine to do this. Now I know it can be done a lot easier. Thank you.

My thanks for the positive feed back. I am an untrained mechanic of limited intellect!

Thanks for posting this. I almost have the courage to do the top end on mine myself. Almost.

Thank you for video and your hard work to make, would have been nice to see the chain go over the cam gear? Can you go over that procedure in the description in detail a little more? have the bolts off that hold the gear? Or did you just loosen those? Is there a danger or a way to from dropping the bolts into the open engine? Should you give it a trial run outside on the bench? I have to do this job in the next few days after I get some new OEM valve springs, I bought kibblewhite valves, and I decided to use OEM Yamaha spring kit, because the kibble white spring kit is more for high performance & have been known to break easier.. They are larger dual spring again it might be nice for High Performance Racing but I am building the engine stock

Hey Steve! I'd make sure the decompression mechanism is moving freely! I had one that was slightly bent and it would only crank over once, then nothing. It's sorta trickey!

Got her spinning tonight. Put my hand over the intake and she spins like she is supposed to so I. Going to go ahead and install exhaust and intake to see if increased back pressure has something to do with it.

Hey I'm having issues with my compression. I've checked the decompression pin and mechanism it seems good. The pin is still some topped. It just has too much compression for the starter to roll over more than once. New battery and starter as well. Any ideas? Thank you

You know I had exactly the same issue: the engine would crank once, then stall. My issue was with the decompression mechanism. I seem to remember that a plate was slightly bent? Good luck.

The rhino is just single carb I see I wonder how much gain there is by having the dual carb raptor setup
