Grizzly 600 camshaft decompression.

I thought this was kinda cool so I wanted to share with everyone what it does. While filming a video for you all on the Grizzly 600 I ended up learning how the decompression system works on the cam shaft. Check out what I discovered. Would you point me in the right direction if you know. I have a 1999 grizzly 600 and need the replacement cam and sprocket. Says discontinued but I heard the raptor 660 r would work?

Not too sure if that will work or not. I would look for a used one. That is probably the best option since they don’t make them anymore. Thanks for watching please subscribe

I am a raptor guy. And yes the 660 raptor is the same cam sprocket. There is no gasket for the rocker cover. It uses yamabond. Or rtv ultra grey. And line your timing dots on cam sprocket up with the deck of the head. With the really small 3rd dot straight up.
