Could it be possible that you have finally found a paramotor worthy of your skills Tucker? It was immediately noticeable how much more dynamic this one was. Here’s to many hours of shenanigans and great content!!!
I like the fact that on the Mav Max factory R, the fuel tank is held off the ground by the frame, where on the standard Mav it touches the ground. If you have a hard landing, your Tank can hit the deck. Good work Tucker!
I flew helicopters in the navy, and obviously fix wings. Yet never got the since of true flying I wanted until I got into hang gliding and back into rc fav flying. Paramotoring and diving in the Caribbean is my life plan
Darryl Moody (RIP) was doing 16m/2 paraglider wings at Ifafa on the South Coast of Natal back in the mid '90's. Only light weight pilots worthy on good winds up on the mountain applied. Good times back then..
I love your videos and your reviews. Im signed up for training at Orlando paramotor next month. Im so excited. Im really happy for you that you have all these companies giving you all this gear. However, I wish so bad I could find videos from someone exactly like you, who isn’t a dealer, who isn’t getting their gear for free, and who is truly completely unbiased.
I am serious when I ask are there any 300 lb paragliders and/or any ones with bad knees, too ? I am 54, 290 lbs and have a fake right knee. This looks like fun and I'm trying to fill my bucket list... - Mike
Holy crap! That climb rate was SWEEET!! Right on par with my buddy's 65 HP Rotax 582-powered PPC, visually it seems - maybe even steeper! He out-climbs me by at least DOUBLE the feet per minute. When we're launching out of our local airport that sits in a valley, he'll fly beside me for a while as I'm climbing out full-bore, then just stab the throttle and he's GONE, like a pair of JATO packs just fired off, HAHAHAHA! Makes mine feel like a gutless slug, lol. That billet crankcase is friggin GORGEOUS!! And that SOUND!! Man, that brings me right back to the late 80's & early 90's - sounds EXACTLY like a built 250cc motocross bike! Anytime I heard a sharp, crisp, "POP" out the exhaust like that at idle, I knew that guy had some money put into the engine! I can tell the compression on that thing is way up there compared to most! I want one for my trike now!! 😎 IN LOVE with that engine!!!🤩
Looking forward to seeing you pair this up with that moustache wing sometime 😉 That video when you were here in Utah a couple months ago testing that out (even though it wasn't technically for paramotor use) was one of my favorite videos of yours - watching that wing take off and haul ass like a jet. Pairing that wing with this punchier motor would be insane!
Whats the cost of a simple but SAFE paraglide with a motor for a beginner? Not including lessons? I'm thinking of taking lessons and buying one that will be safe, fun and simple... 62yrs. old and I'm thinking of putting this on my bucket list... Hello from Minnesota!
I know I’m overthinking it but the quick release fuel tank could instantly ruin your day if it pops off. I love my parajet though and my next setup will be the Mav max with the factory R also
I wonder if toroidal blades will become a thing in paramotors. And someday when battery tech leaps, electric motors. One can imagine these things becoming much more quiet in some distant future.
hey I love you videos im the first to watch them all the time keep up the good work you inspired me to become a pilot thank you for your amazing content
Would getting a slightly more aggressive prop pitch and changing the reduction to swing that prop just a little bit faster. That would give you more top end if thats what you are looking for.
Hey Tucker, long time fan of the channel. I'm 53, 6ft7 265lbs. What wing/motor combo would be best for my weight and inexperience? When you fly at higher altitudes, do you wear a separate emergency parachute for emergencies??? my goal is to take my first flight in 2023. I'm in Richmond, VA would love to fly with you one day sir. Fly safe sir.
Hey tucker.. as you are in contact with vittarozzi people do you know enything on efi mosters? I had seen some competition pilots flying efi and they say it will be avalible for public. Thnx for anothre vid and stay safe
I super excited for the efi/fuel injection model to hit the market. It should be a game changer for cold weather running! Also easier starting /idling as well. I can’t F-ING wait for it to come on the market!😁
I wonder if what difference it would make to run a 3 blade 140 propeller instead of the 2 blade? Would you get more power/thrust? Would it slow down your acceleration when you go to full throttle? Just curious 🤔
I’ve been paragliding for 4 years I live in Victoria I flew on my para motor from Wilson’s prom to Mildura in 4 hours while it took my dad 7 years in a car.
Looks like a great combo! Loving the new Ozone wing designs (both aesthetic and functional). Interested to see if the Spyder gets an update as that's almost certainly going to be my next wing.
Interested in the new carburetor. It must drink the fuel at a faster rate to make more power, simple physics. The question is, how much more does she drink? Also, how much more drag does the extra surface area from the hoop produce? 🤔 Very interesting!
I was thinking the same exact thing but he just said in this video that it’s more efficient, which would indicate he’s saying it’s better on fuel wouldn’t it? The only thing I could think of was maybe once up to speed the motor can cruise at a lower rpm making it more efficient?
Great review Thanks for posting Q. Could the Factory R be used on your Fly Product Flash Cruser for Tandems? What do you think? with the 140 cm 3 blade and ratio set-up?
At last a kill switch you can reach... Such features.... Pain in the arese my mav does not have that. I added a LED to show the ignition, DS model, is on else battery drain. Tom said he had same problems. Well sort it then....
might also be a good solution for a bigger person when paired with a larger parafoil. I fear that he gets to comfortable up there, some of those clips looked extremely risky.
I'd like to get into Paramotoring in PA, and I think I would do something like this motor and fan and a big wing. I'm interested in cruising, stability, and photos/videos, not so much tricks
As someone who likes physics, but have no idea of how a paramotor works... If a paramotor has a thrust of 100 kg, does that mean it can lift a pilot weighing 70kg (+30kg equipment) completely vertically? How come the climb rate is not that big when the thrust is?
That looks awesome! Just curious if you still have the Scout? That was to go-to for a while. My guess is it’s a solid motor but not nearly as high performance as you require now.
VANS should release its own Tucker Gott Paramotor shoe
That would be legendary. Double layered toe for foot drag durability.

Of all the wing motor/frame combos, this is in the top .1% 😍
I've never flown, and I think that is one sweet ride. Simply beautiful.

@tuckergott just spotted a small mistake a 2:47 in the specs. the weight in pounds for the factory R should read 30.2lbs. Great video once again bud
So is that just the motor or the entire thing??
1:26 - big frame for ya. Gonna see some sparks fly on those pavement footdrags. Hope you're doing well Tucker. Long time no see
Yeah, if that foot drag wasn't over grass, he would've had some scratches on that frame if not sparks like you said.
Love the content keep up the good work
i have been following for 3 videos for about 4 days. amazing.
Tucker I’m hoping Parajet release the standard Mav with the swing arm / harness / fuel tank upgrades! Nice motor, great video mate 🇬🇧 Matt 😊
WOW WHAT A CLIMB!! That thing is a monster! Happy New Year Again! New toys are wonderful.
I use a electric
paramotor no gas needed and use a solor panel to charge the motor up love it while in the air for long travels.
the production quality alone has been amazing to watch - emk
Thank you! I spent a lot of time on this edit. ☺️

You should have a week we're you randomly select 5 people and teach them to paramotor. I'd definitely be down and would buy one

the super harsh rolling shutter effect on those props was phenomenal, really neat haha
It's soo beautiful, I've always wanted to anodize a frame kinda. That would be an awesome video
I was thinking the same thing!
We need another restaurant run bro with the paramotor in memory of Jeff
yep..If you leave NJ ..you need to make one last McDonald run...
I agree! It’s tough to find spots that are accessible by paramotor, I’ve done a lot of the best ones. But I think kfc or burger kind may be doable.
Airport diner ?
Damn! Makes me wish i was 20 years younger. I would have loved to do something like this.
Never too late.
Can see how this sport could be addictive, crazy cool
It’s been a while since I’ve seen any PM videos, Tucker with the short hair looks a bit like Yuri from The Straight Pipes now. 👍

The frame seems to hang quite a bit lower. When you did your landings, it seems like the frame is mere inches from the ground. Don't face-plant!

I love this. Any suggestions on how much does the cost of paramotor for beginners?
Parajet ever!!!
Very nice Tucker!
What about paramotor pods?
Someone needs to invent a dual prop with a sport bike motor! You either get to space or you 360 wingover on climb!
You should fly your paramotor over mountains with snow
I need them to send me one for evaluation. Also need a wing, reserve and some lessons.
Do you find that you miss having dynamic torque compensation? Seems like an important design element that's missing from all of the Parajet offerings.
This Factory R + Mustache could be absolute insanity
