- Modding Mondays was a series that I scrapped where I wanted to look more in-depth about wrestling game mods and tell you why I enjoyed playing these mods, I scrapped the series because I didn't feel comfortable or confident in my abilities to make videos using my voice and other issues like capturing footage or audio balancing issues. A lot has changed since these were originally recorded and today, I feel comfortable releasing these videos to the public to bring more eyes to the mods with more eye-catching thumbnails and now that I have built a little niche following. So I hope you enjoy listening to me playing these mods and talking about why I love all these eras of wrestling

The physics and animations in the N64 AKI games were the best. Look at Bigelow doing Greetings from Asbury Park and the Moonsault. Damn good movement!

As stated in the description, these videos are old and outdated so this was recorded using the previous build of Freem's Edition of Virtual Pro Wrestling 2, there is a newer version available that adds in even more and you should play that if you want the true experience of how good this mod is

❤ This has become my favourite of the Aki games to date... It's a snippet of all the best rosters in one.
Legitimately feels like VPW2 Vs the world edition or something.
Especially when you take the time to redo the rosters and make it your own perfection... It's a 10/10 game.

Do you know if the WCW Feel The Bang & WWF Legends mod works on everdrive?
@@ElmoKnowsWhereYouLive5150 they dont. they need emulators that can replace textures. what you are looking for a rom hacks like vpw2 freem or no mercy PLUS that run on original hardware.
They do not, they are not Rom-Hacks so they do not run on the Everdrive@@ElmoKnowsWhereYouLive5150
No way I'm going to "criticize" anything done in creating this romhack.
The only thing I'll say is that to me the best type of romhack is a romhack that tries to best capture a "What If?".
For this, the best AKI romhack would contain the wrestlers of that exact timeframe. It's cool to have Cena and Daniel Bryan or John Cena, but that's just my "ideal".
Like a WCW vs n.W.o World Tour romhacked into a WCW VS WWF World Tour. Or WCW/n.W.o REVENGE becoming WCW/WWF REVENGE!
Again, this is awesome as it is because it's a REAL hack and not just painting over an existing wall like the HD High Res Texture Pack mods of No Mercy as an example.
That's cool man it's a neat idea! Personally I prefer era specific mods I never got into the dream match mods like Showdown or games like All Stars I preferred recreating my favourite matches
Can you please share a pre-patched rom with the save file for the created wrestlers? Is there a list of all the available faces for caw?

You're playing an old version of the hack, there was a new version released back on July 30.

Ways up sean...is there a walkthrough on how to get this downloaded correctly...do you help ppl get set up with this?
Hey man this one is pretty easy:
Download the mod from the website in the pinned comment
Extract using Winrar or 7zip
You will need a Virtual Pro Wrestling 2 Rom that can be found online
Follow the instructions to apply the patch (Straight Forward)
Use Project 64 to run the mod!
Alternatively I can send you my patched Rom and save if you like what you saw in the video!

Well it's Freem's personal preference when it comes to the roster, clearly Freem was not fangin' and bangin'!

Yes it's a rom hack
Does it work on PC ?
Yes it runs on project 64 emulator for pc
