The issue is that the instructions say to use the 70mm longer bolts in the swing arm install, and it should say the 50mm. Then you would have had the 70mm for the tire carrier.

I had my Rough Country front and rear bumpers installed professionally. However the rear tire has plenty of wiggle and movement. The rattle noise is annoying. Looking at this video to confirm the tire mount assembly… the lower bolt which raises the tire mount was loose. After tightening it up and placing a rubber racket ball between the frame and tire mount totally eliminated the rattle noise.
Will revisit the shop to have their techs retighten the bolts properly. Overall I am satisfied with the look of the upgrade.

The bearings should be packed with grease, not just coated. The bearings sit in a race ( not a sleeve, and the large nut is called a castle nut.

22:52 You didn't "lose the bolts" , you used them on the on the swing gate spud instead of the shorter 4 bolts you have left in this picture, did you get to the end and go "Well I guess we just have these four bolts cause Rough Country thought it'd be nice to give us some extra hardware"? And then in the video you play it off with "Oh yeah, we decided to use our own bolts to beef it up, you know just cause peace of mind". I'm guessing (and hoping) you were probably like me and got to this point and then realized where the CORRECT bolts were and decided it was easier to get replacement bolts than take the entire bumper apart and back off the Jeep because you can't get them out of the spud with it mounted - and because you decided that and didn't want to disclaimer it with a Pinned comment or in the top of the description, everyone who follows your video is going to end up in the same fucking mistake you do. Thanks for that. You will see.

Luckily, I had a couple of 70mm bolts left over from when I put a lift on my Jeep and I used those on the heim joints. RC says to use 50mm on those, but they’re not long enough to engage all the threads on the nuts even without any washers. I wish I had seen your post sooner. Already got the spud and bumper mounted.
