The here and the now. You guys are so lucky to have discovered this at your age. It takes most a lifetime to realise this. Life is not about material things. It's here and now. I am 75. Xx

Hospitality is a long-established tradition and culture of Qazaq people, this tradition originates from the distant Turkish Kaganate, it was a service provided to any passenger who crossed the Great Silk Road. Today You are showing our native traditions to the world , thanks, just go ahead 👍
We have found that the hospitality here is unmatched anywhere else in the world from what we’ve experienced! We feel like we will always have a home here! ✨🙏🏼✨
@ guy’s welcome! I’m ready glad for you, I remember this feeling, when you back soon to some country and you’re knowing what and how to do what not finishing before Take a lot, take all from this Just enjoy, feel easy touch of life!
Hello guys from Almaty! I am 60 years old and I started learning English. Please tell me which one to choose British or American? If British, will Americans understand me? Kiran, do you speak British English? And Silky?
Hey! 😁 that’s amazing, we hope that our vlogs will help you with that journey! There really isn’t a lot of difference between the 2, they are the same language but with some different pronunciation and spelling. For example some small spelling things like: Colour → Color Favourite → Favorite Travelling → Traveling Recognise → Recognize Or words that are different/ interchangeable: Lift → Elevator Holiday → Vacation Rubbish → Garbage/Trash Football → Soccer So, you will pretty much learn the same thing with both. I hope that this helps! 🙏🏼
@@SilkyRonTheRoad it's a big market for shopping. There you will find many things from China, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan and other countries. But, I don't think you will like it much, it's a regular market, just huge 😅
❤ Beautiful You are, Guys❤love you back to my Country , Bless you Guys , enjoy, and be safe anywhere, Hello from Spain, and welcome to Málaga , Mijas Costa too, I'm❤ from Kazakhstan, my Husband is Scottish ( Glasgow )😂❤and I'm celebrating my birthday, from yesterday, 25th January, Robert Burns day too 😅is it, if you visit Spain, Welcome to my House too ❤xx
Ahh that’s amazing! Happy Belated Birthday, we hope that you had a wonderful day and that that Scottish husband of yours spoiled you! ✨ As Silke’s mum is living in Spain, maybe we will cross paths soon, who knows! 😋 You can tell that you are Kazakh with that level of hospitality! It’s inspiring! ✨🙏🏼✨
For some reason, I thought that after Uzbekistan, you would head up to Turkestan and then to western Kazakhstan, but it turns out you went back to Almaty.
That would’ve been the best way but… We had to leave our drone in Osh, Kyrgyzstan because of the laws in Uzbekistan which meant that we had to go back to Osh. We also thought that our next stop would’ve been Tajikistan but we spoke to some locals and they advised against coming due to the amount of the country that is inaccessible due to the weather. So we came back to Kazakhstan and due to meeting people and having some opportunities come up, we have found ourselves travelling slowly in the south of Kazakhstan for now. We really hope that we can see the west soon! 🙏🏼
We would love to but we didn’t have time to apply for our Turkmenistan visa when we were in Uzbekistan as we didn’t realise that it took so long. And… when we were planning to go to Tajikistan, locals told us not to go as so much of the country was inaccessible, so we plan to come back and visit all of Central Asia again during summer season, maybe next year! 😁
You are making stupid food choices: eating what is bad for you (white bread and sweets, omega-6 vegetable oils) and giving up what is good for you, especially meat and animal fats. Watch Dr. Berg's nutrition shows on UA-cam about the keto diet and you'll realize your poor choices.
You are very quick to judge, this is not our usual diet. As vegetarians we have an incredibly rich diet but here in Central Asia, especially staying with locals, the food that we usually eat isn’t available…
@@SilkyRonTheRoad Pretty much everything you need is available here, except exotic foods. Fruits, vegetables, broccoli is always available, legumes, buckwheat groats, etc. And the main thing is ecological meat, especially horse meat. But we Kazakhs also love dairy products, cottage cheese, butter. If you watch Dr. Berg's program on UA-cam about meat in food, you will learn that you are harming your health by depriving yourself of valuable microelements and vitamins that are contained in meat. Horse meat is good because it is an active animal, it does not stand for months in one stall, so horse meat is almost like wild animal meat, which is better for nutrition. Horse meat is quickly digested, Kazakhs say that if you eat horse meat, it will be digested before you sleep.... Uzbekistan has the highest mortality rate in Central Asia. Obviously it's because of nutrition: there they fry more on oil, usually Omega-6 oils; while we boil more, sometimes steam (manty), and only sometimes fry (before all fried on animal fats).
@ yup, we agree, we have almost everything that we need here in Central Asia but, when we stay with locals like we do most of the time here, we just accept what they offer. We don’t want to ask them for anything extra. We know that when we go to the next country we visit, the fruit and fresh food cost will be much lower and therefore we will be able to have a much more healthy diet. But our choice to not eat meat is because we don’t want to harm animals and we also know that we do not need it to survive. We are happy and healthy and have been vegetarian for a long time. Our bodies feel great! 🙌🏼
