I agree with you, I always say that the content of ocd does not matter, it's what creates the fear and perpetuates the cycle that matters, you have to find out the root cause of what disturbs your inner peace because all pain is resistance to natural self. Although I still struggle with unbearable subjects linked to hocd and pocd, I get disturbing intrusive thoughts and images, weird sensations and I cannot understand how someone accepts that with unconditional acceptance as you said, especially with those topics id rather k*** myself off than do harm to anyone, i can't live with that idea. The struggle got really hard lately but I am on the right path to recovery I know I have the strength to overcome whatever stands onto my path and so do we all, ocd strugglers. Blessings 🙌 ❤
