Extremely funny! Thanks for the positive feed back! That's why I made this video.. to help other people not to get made fun of for trying something I've never done before.
Hey I’m trying to get the blower motor housing down but I can’t. I took off all visible screws possible but it seems like something’s holding it from the top that I can’t see. Tried disconnecting from the side but the screwdriver won’t reach those screws on the evaporator core plate without the housing being removed . I could really use some help.
As far as I remember when I unbolted it I just popped it off the evaporator. mine did strip the the threads in the evaporator so I replaced the evaporator as well. it was definitely a job I dont want to do again LOL
64 milllion quiestion that i have to ask is why in the world you remove the hall dash the simple way is remove glove compartment remove the blower housing and you got it right threre man you don’t have to go that far. i did one today a infinity jx35 and i only remove thoose parts that i mention wow man. good luck with that 💪🏼🙏🏼👍
Holy shit I feel your pain, doing mine right now😵 how did you get the expansion plate off? Great video and thanks...I actually went through the glove box thank God....got it off, just had to pry a little whoop!
Be honest with you buddy I dont remember about the expansion plate. it's one of those jobs you want to forget about lol! glad to know you can go through the glove box if I ever have to do another one!
Thanks for the video. Did you have trouble removing the plate over the evaporator core? Something seems to be holding the plate at the top and it appears that it may be a wire connection.
The dash doesn’t need to come out replace the expansion valve or evaporate
Howd you remove the white blower housing assembly? Ive got it loose but it doesnt want to wiggle out
I did that today, it should be about 3 or 4 Phillips heads if i remember correctly and after you just kinda have really pull and it should come out
where is intake sensor location?
Lmao so funny bro took whole dash off didn’t need too

Is there easy access to the ac drain connection at the bottom of the hvac box? I think mine is leaking from there
😆😆😆😆😆 you only have to drop out the blower motor housing to access the side where the evap core is.
Thanks for posting this! Very helpful.
Hi do you have pics of actuator placement and how it all hooks up after you put evap cover panel on?

What was the issue with your A/C, why did you replace?
Was the ac having issues ?

Yes I understand that now .. that's why I made this video, to help someone that also didn't have or got the wrong service info .. thanks
Is there a trick to get the blower off? Don’t want to force it off and break something but seems like I have all the bolt/screws off
yes answer this question i cant pull it out either.
There is the 10mm bolt on the bottom and another at the top of the blower housing against the firewall. You need to reach around the back. Royal Pain
Please please tell me there is a less complicated way. Thanks so much 4 ur video. Ur appreciate. It just looks really scary 😳
That's needed when the heater core or the evaporator needs to be replaced.
