I love how familiar you are with the area you fly in, I have trouble finding huts even with little navmap open on a second screen. On that first Huey one you even knew what road you were flying down. I thought going from Sublogic on an orange SVGA CRT screen to P3D with addon scenery and A2A planes was jaw dropping, but we just made that big an advance again in one generation of sims, it blows me away.
Thanks mate. Yeah it's crazy how far sims have come. Even just since VR came out from low res but 3D with depth to now 4k VR with wider fov is just mind blowing. I love the fact it's so much more closer to the real thing it really helps with area familiarisation and navigation and it's stuff that now transfers to the real world due the much smaller gap.
Nice video, how you do to add fire to the scenery? I've been checking around and didn't get to an answer. The only way I found to firefight with the helicopter is to use the HPG h145 and I can't wait to firefight with the Huey
Thanks. I just make my own scenerys if I want something in the sim. I can't put the fire out as such but the smoke and fire is affected by the wind. Can't wait to see what options we have in Fs2024 for adding scenarios etc.
@@simonclark7082 The only reason I will buy MSFS2024 is being able to fight wildfires and perform rescue missions. Thanks for your help I'll try to create an scenario where there will be fire in the woods.
