Just because something is legal doesn't make it okay morally. There are a lot of extremely problematic laws in effect today. A 17 y/o is still a kid, they have limited experience, and their brains are far from developed. Honestly, I dont agree with a lot of the "consent" laws in effect so that's an awful argument.
