i took the bus up fresh pond road from grand avenue from 93-97 to go to high school at christ the king which is on metropolitan avenue. great video brought back memories. thank you
It's so odd seeing my old street (Linden) at 22:56. I spent ages one through nine growing up in one of the railroad/way apartments to the right of this intersection. All the stores are different, perhaps for the Polish restaurant on Palmetto. It was great living here in the 1960s. I's walk to Our Lady of Miraculous Medal church's school, passing the step-down Chinese restaurant, the Oasis movie theatre and the Karl Ehmer store on Fresh Pond. Across the street from us was a gym, a pet store, and further towards Glendale there was a Bohack, our post Office and a Woolsworth. The last time I was there was in the early 2000s and everything seemed so small. There were also a slew of CVS and McDonalds there that never were. If only video existed back then we'd all get to see exactly how much the place has changed and how much it stayed the same.
Very clear video. I noticed that it is an older neighborhood, but for the most part very well maintained. Amazingly very little graffiti, even though there's plenty of wall space. The shopkeepers are to being given credit for keeping their space clean. Unlike some other neighborhood videos you've produced the sidewalks are amazingly litter free.
Love your videos! Do you like the Hero8 Black? Or is the Hero7 Black good enough for most purposes? The Hero7 has gone down in price so I am leaning toward that one. I shoot at night sometimes so low light capability is important to me.

What is that for a extrem high pipe sound I can here nearly through the whole video? It is very loud, and sounds like your smartphone is jamming transmitting nearly the whole video through... 🤕
@@maplesyrup76 Yes, for me it is not the first video of ActionKid I heard that sound, but in the other videos it only was shortly. In this video it is nearly the whole video through. It’s electrical interference coming from somewhere but I don’t know what’s causing it. The sound bothered me too.

Beautiful housing and streets. I think that this street is different cultures of all European and Arab nationality

4K60 is more lifelike
Please do some with bicycle. More ground covered.
32:30 did somebody give you trouble here?
No, camera ran out of battery
At the start of this video AK, it sounds as though you're either riding a horse, or walking in high heels! You don't know something we don't, do you?
I don’t know what you mean. I hear noise electrical interference but nothing that resembles a horse or high heels.
