I dont really think (and hope) these are made to compete with expensive high performance snowmobiles... It seems more like a utility thing or something cheap to have at a cottage to not walk. Your older 500 still needs way more maintainance and has a higher parts cost than these here.
As someone from the US what would be the approximate costs of these machines? Also do you all ride them for fun or for commuting / utility?
