Great video but something that’s bothering me is companies labeling exfoliants as toners and telling people to use exfoliants EVERY NIGHT!! A toner is meant to BALANCE the skin and can be used twice daily. 7% glycolic acid is kind of a high strength and it’s not ph balanced with your skin it’s not toning it’s exfoliating lol and people new to acids will see that and think we’ll it says everyday so it must be fine and damage the skin. And partially I think it’s done on purpose because you’ll damage your skin and companies know then they make products to fix the damage skin and it’s a never evading cycle lol sorry for the rant but I want people to be aware
Please don't forget the Sunscreen (it's not optional) in the AM even if it's cloudy 😭 if you think that lactic acid isn't work, you'll know once you forget the Sunscreen

Ive had chemical peels and I didn’t have no bad reactions not wearing sunscreen in the house lol it’s one thing to wear sunscreen outside all day 356 days but in the house seems a little unnecessary. Some people think it’s unnecessary that I reapply every 2 hours(even though that’s what it says) so I guess it’s personal preference🤷🏾♀️
What about kids,I have a fifteen year old son and there's no way he'd do it let alone in England where we are freezing 99% of the time... would it be child abuse if in summer I put it in his face lotion and body lotion...it is liquid and colorless 🤷🏾♀️.
I used korean skincare along with lactic acid and it's been great. I can NOT use shea butter or coconut oil on my face. It will break me out extremely bad. Be careful.

I wouldn’t use lactic acid in the morning. And I would use hylaronic acid and Niacinamide after exfoliating followed by a moisturiser that’s fragrance free.
If your skin isn't used to it it will burn a little bit until you get used to it. That's why sometimes dermatologist will recommend you using a lower percentage of skin care products with active ingredients

I am yet to try their sunscreen but I currently use neutogena hydroboost sunscreen
Cotz 50 spf is a physical (mineral) sunscreen and leaves no white cast 💃🏾 many chemical Sunscreen do not leave white cast
The ordinary sunscreen turned me purple and blue, it was horrible

You shouldnt scrub your face before using an exfoliate. Gently wash it.
