Toyota dropped the ball when they decided to use a four-banger in such an expensive vehicle. Thats probably the only major con that I have about mine. I think a six would have been better.
@@TwoGuysandaRide yup and i own the last of the great Japanese V6 engines ever made, A 2024 4Runner TRD pro in underground color and soon these will be wanted by the masses in groves.
I hate that new Landcruiser, I regret that I sold my old HDJ100 4.2 L. So I just bought a 2023 Hilux which I really like, still the old school hand break and navigation system. Less frills, less problems.
Whatever you call it, I want one! Pricing is the only issue!!!
True, just like I mentioned in my video

I agree the 6 cylinder would have been better but then it’d be the same vehicle as the Lexus and Toyota had to differentiate the two some how
unfortunately, because of the 4-cylinder turbo with a battery power plant this new model will no longer be iconic like the land cruisers of the past.
This is their modern interpretation. I have a 200 series that’s still going strong and is almost indestructible
@@TwoGuysandaRide Yes and there's no 4-cylinder turbo in that.
@@Jojo-ni2cg yeah. I own it. I know that

@ and I also own a 2013 4Runner. Sounds like we know how to pick ‘em

It’s definitely a break from traditional LC
This is a prado. ( light duty landcruiser )
Land Cruiser in the US
Nothing wrong with 4 bangers. Stop pretending already
