Hi maam, Jatin here. I want some guidence from you regarding liver tissue cutting in Leica cryotome. I am doing sectioning of rat liver tissue on cryotome but some cracking are their on tissue. I am storing rat liver tissue in Normal saline for approx 1 hr but when i cut rat liver tissue vibration are their plz guide me how can i fix this
