Yet perhaps they have some level of choice in how they carry out Gods will. Guess we all find out sooner or later more of these things.
How about Meet Joe Blacks and they could cast a ton of blacks to make the title work. Like 70 blacks? That would be alot of blacks. Enough to justify the title Meet Joe Blacks IMO

Hilarious, creativity of this scene. His arrival is so unexpected and yet so mandatory. And with all the Q and As, no one can even guess a little, why is he there . And yet those who know him know him in their own diff ways. Lols.
I find Brad Pitt's role in this movie fascinating. Heard some people say his acting is bad but that is far from the truth. If I had to guess what a spirit being would act like disguised as a human this is probably how I would picture it. He acts awkwardly and seems out of place. Very few words are used, little to no emotions expressed. He even kills it with that stare which imo creates an eerie and slightly tense atmosphere reminding you that Joe Black is a supernatural being and not of this world.
It contrast to when we meet the real joe. He eats breakfast at the diner and puts the girl, and the viewer at ease. In contrast during the dinner scene, everyone is uncomfortable.
I love this movie, in fact I was ready to rewatch it when this clip came through the feed. But does anyone question how Death, being among us through thousand and thousands of years would not understand table manners and what peanut butter is?
Witnessing that sort of subtlety from afar (and to what degree?) vs. actually participating in it as a human are completely different; that’s why he went on “holiday”.
Some things are very inconsistent - so someone like Drew did not think of initially doing a complete background check on Joe? 😊 especially that he came in all of a sudden into the family…
