I feel like there's a stal lizalfos spawn point at the bottom of lanayru wetlands, near the road that would lead to a shrine, as I encountered some here, then later on needed one for the compendium, remembered them there, went to the same spot and they spawned again
I noticed this as well. Probably to make the Evermean logs more like the other monster object drops that are explicitly for fusing to get more damage, rather than you just wanting to destroy them to get wood instantly. Plus, if you use your Evermean club enough, it does eventually break the log and give you wood anyways (except if it's a Depths version).
Here is something that I would love for you to test: In BotW, every enemy had a damage value that they added to attacks. Basic bokoblins added nothing, blue ones added 4, black added 8, and so on. I was recently watching a playthrough, and the player was getting one shot with 5 hearts by being hit in the back by a black bokoblin with an 11 damage (on the card) spear, while the player had 13 armor. He should have only been taking 6 damage (a heart and a half) maximum, and even less than that due to the spear. Are the damage values of enemies changed that much, or is there a multiplier in place for back attacks? I would love to know more
If you shoot a horriblin in the head while it's on the roof, it will fall down. If it falls into water, it will drown. (The drowning applies to most enemies, but he fact that these drop into the water makes it stand out here)
I did take a picture of a training construct about 60-65 hours into my playthrough, luckily I thought todo it as I was filling in my compendium and I didn't know if it would work but I'm glad I did.
just for heads up, when calculating hits assuming they only take the same amount of damage each hit, it’s best to always round up (ceiling function), not down (floor or any downwards when 0.4 or lower) on measuring how many hits an enemy takes to kill: NumberOfHits = ceiling(HP/Damage) Simple example: Enemy has 1 HP, and takes damage (preferably 3 points of damage or more), this means if you were to round down, you’ll get zero hits. Another example is 2000HP and 15 damage, you get 133.[3] (bracketed means repeating decimals). If you round downwards, you will be off by 1 as it needs one more hit (134 hits actually, not 133).
You forgot yunobo, here's his: 1: claymore: 3 hp 2: sword: 3 hp 3: spear: 3 hp 4: Throwing items: 567 hp 5: elemental; no effects, but only 6 hp 6: bombs; 3 hp 7: note that he only takes one third damage per hit for claymore sword and spear, no less no more and bombs same. All other throws have a can change from doing anywhere from 1 to 66 damage, but does 1/1000 of his hp or 1/3 of it, don't say I'm wrong because this is from what I did
Some extra fun facts! - If you shoot the horn of an electric lizalfo with an arrow, it'll discharge its electricity, rendering it unable to use it's electrical attacks for several seconds. - You can use rewind when horriblins their rocks at you to knock them down without expending arrows to do so. - pebblits can be easily defeated by picking them up and throwing them
@@GiancarloThomazSenoni yes, but you can still do it. ive done it. you can even throw the flame ones while ablaze, you take some damage but you can do it.
Fun fact about Flux Constructs. Everyone knows you can use Ultrahand to target their Core's, you can wiggle right analog stick to break them into pieces. Here's what you don't know. *You can also shake your controller* instead of wiggling the right analog stick and they'll fall part just fine. The game never tells you this. Works with Ultrahand builds as well. You'll save yourself from potential Joy-Con drift.
Question about 5:20 these hidden multipliers everyone always describes them as some weird secret unexplained mechanic. But when I see it, it looks like oh we all just misinterpreted the attack numbers. Nintendo wasn’t just giving us the raw attack power of every hit, because that’s not the full story. The attack numbers were just an estimate of the DPS and are considering the weapons attack speed. So you know spears attack quite fast to counteract that they do a bit less damage per hit aka around 75% of the stated DPS. Is this not the case? Why else would there be secret modifiers that match up so closely to the weapons attack speeds?
You can also pick up and throw Pebblet enemies (watch out for the elemental effects from the Igneo and Frost variants), which kills them instantly. No need to waste weapon durability!
you can test this by hitting them with any of the low damage weapons and report your findings. i didnt even think about the octupus and 8 hp joke so you got me to laugh
@MiahTRT I think that the master sword will do full damage, like when you use any other weapon during dragon Ganon, it doesn’t do much, but the master sword does a lot.
That's why my Fierce Deity for Phase 3 idea doesn't work! Even though it would be doing more damage, it gets reduced, while the Master Sword does full damage. That was driving me crazy.
7:18 information that's good to know about Rock Octoroks: they do NOT repair and give boosts to champion weapons... So once those break, you have to get the materials again to get new ones. For those wondering what the champion weapons are, they are: Great Eagle Bow (Rito champion bow) Scimitar of the Seven (Gerudo champion one-handed weapon) Daybreaker (Gerudo champion shield) Lightscale Trident (Zora champion spear) Boulder Breaker (Goron two-handed weapon). All of these are stronger versions of the weapons used to craft them (even stronger than the pristine versions).
I've seen red horroblins fall from the ceiling and die when the caves are wet! The others might fall too but don't die instantly because they have more health, but I'm not sure
Horriblins are extremely vulnerable to Dazzle fruits, you don't even have to hit them when chucking one out, and every single one will fall off the ceiling.
Ever since I discovered (back in BOTW) that Link will "drop kick" a stal head when you pick it up and throw it, I've never been able to defeat a group of stals without trying to grab at least one head and punt it over the nearest cliff. Have died quite a few times... dudes whaling on me and I'm like "wait wait I just need one skull it's too funny stop... aw..."
1. if you're a bit stealthy, you can just use a hinox's arm to get up on top of it to take their weapons (I think I have a video somewhere, if you're interested. I was fully kitted out at the time, but I believe i did it before while using a low-level stealth elixir. 2. you can ascend through every non-elemental talus's body (i never tried on an elemental so idk) Also, two fun facts about froxes: You can climb up their arms or tail and use a stone-smashing weapon on his ore, just like a talus (I say this bc I've seen a couple people not know this, so idk if you do). And if you stay on their back until they buck you off, you can pull out your paraglider and they'll try to catch you in their mouth. Instead, you can shoot a bomb flower into their mouth, and then right about the time you land, the flower will explode and you can climb right back on them :) (I had to farm them. I got good at them lol. I also got good at king gleeoks -- being unfreezable is the way to go, as well as having at least 14 eyeballs (Depending on your weaponry you may need more or less. The Stalfos Lizards can be found more frequently in the depths. However, they can spawn in certain areas of the map, mainly around where a lot of Lizalflos are respectfully. (Obviously at night)
Someone else wrote a comment saying that that translates to each weakspot taking an additional hit to break for each up-scale of health if you fight it with a bow..
Honestly, I guess the blunt spears on armor makes sense. Unless you have a LOT of force (like a jackhammer) behind it, forcibly poking a rock is not nearly as effective as a strong swing against it. Also as a pretty interesting fact: excluding Red Bokos, Green Lizals, Small Chus, Moblins and Taluses, all other returning enemies have the same HP values they had in BotW.
As someone from germany i played the game well on german and there the constructs and there parts are named alpha, beta, gamma and delta respectivly. Same for the flux constructs but missing a delta variant. And the captain constructs are named elite constructs. For me, it was really irritating when i first learned that on english, they just had numbers it felt kinda meh.
In french they're named after army ranks, with the regulars being named soldier, corporal, sergeant and major, and the captain ones being named lieutenant, commander, captain and colonel
Now it makes sense why electric enemies are such a pain. They not only have no weakness, but also have more health! Edit: well apparently chuchus are an exception since you can overcharge them! Neat!
Thank you so much for this video! I was really bothered that I couldn't see their HP because I had all the BOTW enemies health value memorized and I could tell some were different.
8:10 you can use recall on the 3rd rock to break it to save a durability point of your weapons. According to an NPC named "Nars" (spawn fighting against a Bokoblin), located at 3986, 1057, 0255 (near East sokkala bridge and Ukuku Plains), he hints about it.

I feel like there's a stal lizalfos spawn point at the bottom of lanayru wetlands, near the road that would lead to a shrine, as I encountered some here, then later on needed one for the compendium, remembered them there, went to the same spot and they spawned again
Kohga gaining so much HP each time you fight him points to him being terrifyingly powerful.
This is actually really funny and explanatory, this is by far the best UA-cam video I have seen in a very long time!
Keep up the good work!😊😊😊
Thaaank you for showing us! I've been searching this for so long. Thank you!
Evermean logs for some reason have more attack power than normal ones
I noticed this as well. Probably to make the Evermean logs more like the other monster object drops that are explicitly for fusing to get more damage, rather than you just wanting to destroy them to get wood instantly. Plus, if you use your Evermean club enough, it does eventually break the log and give you wood anyways (except if it's a Depths version).
thank you for taking the time to do this! amazing video as always
You can also damage evermeans with fire, I don’t think you mentioned that in the video.
If I'm not wrong you can one shot wizzrobes using the counter element
You can! Again, the electric ones avoid this, but it feels like they should instantly die to water attacks like splash fruit
@@Snacker6water should absolutely be the like damaging element for electric since electricity spread faster through water! Lol

Yeaah, that'd be fun. :D
I would love to know more
i was very curious about red bokoblins because i remember them having 13 hp which made me very surprised when they survived a 20 dmg strike
Tier one Rizzrobes 7:33
10:28 you can not only ascend on battle talus’s, but also on any talus, if you stand directly under it, there is a small point that you can ascend.
If you shoot a horriblin in the head while it's on the roof, it will fall down. If it falls into water, it will drown.
(The drowning applies to most enemies, but he fact that these drop into the water makes it stand out here)
2:40 lmao yeah I had to go out of my way to run around the Lanayru Wetlands at night to find any Stalizalfos
I did take a picture of a training construct about 60-65 hours into my playthrough, luckily I thought todo it as I was filling in my compendium and I didn't know if it would work but I'm glad I did.
just for heads up, when calculating hits assuming they only take the same amount of damage each hit, it’s best to always round up (ceiling function), not down (floor or any downwards when 0.4 or lower) on measuring how many hits an enemy takes to kill: NumberOfHits = ceiling(HP/Damage)
Simple example: Enemy has 1 HP, and takes damage (preferably 3 points of damage or more), this means if you were to round down, you’ll get zero hits. Another example is 2000HP and 15 damage, you get 133.[3] (bracketed means repeating decimals). If you round downwards, you will be off by 1 as it needs one more hit (134 hits actually, not 133).
You forgot yunobo, here's his:
1: claymore: 3 hp
2: sword: 3 hp
3: spear: 3 hp
4: Throwing items: 567 hp
5: elemental; no effects, but only 6 hp
6: bombs; 3 hp
7: note that he only takes one third damage per hit for claymore sword and spear, no less no more and bombs same. All other throws have a can change from doing anywhere from 1 to 66 damage, but does 1/1000 of his hp or 1/3 of it, don't say I'm wrong because this is from what I did
This is the video that I've been waiting to appear for nearly six months, cheers mate.
- pebblits can be easily defeated by picking them up and throwing them
8:38 you can destroy a Pebblits by using Yunobo charge ability, bomb arrows or a hammer weapon
or by picking them up and dropping them
@@epicnan1855 only work on regular Pebblits

@@saphcal if you grab a Igneo-frost Pebblits, you set ablaze- freeze when you try to grab them, unless you wear flame-frost resitant armor
Fun fact! Horroblins hang mostly above water and they can fall down pretty easy with a dazzle fruit
Good idea for the dazzle fruit for horriblins, I always try to headshot them. Yet I use the dazzle fruit qui the time for the skeletons!
My thoughts exactly. Nintendo probably thought that spears were a bit too OP so they had to nerf them a bit. Even then, they’re still OP :p
I'm so dumb, I always HATED the final phase of Frost Gleeoks cause I never could get up, but I never thought about using recall, damn, thanks
1:30 I love the "yep... no" with the arrow 🤣
You can also pick up and throw Pebblet enemies (watch out for the elemental effects from the Igneo and Frost variants), which kills them instantly. No need to waste weapon durability!
I just now realized how off the "Dissected" part of the logo looks, especially in the thumbnail. might need to put it through some redesigns :p
Yeah, at first I thought I was “PISSECTED”
OCTOroks having 8 HP is kinda clever
ha, I never realized that, nice catch
3:05 I think it’s Soldier Constructs I.
Isn't it weird that a boxing robot underground has around 3x as much health as a LITERAL DRAGON.
Fun note about pebblits: if you pick them up you can kill them without a weapon, but you should throw them because they will damage you upon exploding
Such a well made video! Thank you for the time & passion you put into your vids. You‘re amazing🫶🏼
Im pretty sure octoroks die in one hit and the 8 hp value is just fun reference to them being octopie
you can test this by hitting them with any of the low damage weapons and report your findings. i didnt even think about the octupus and 8 hp joke so you got me to laugh
@@LinkoftheDepthsThere is a reason why the Master Sword is known as "The Sword that Seals the Darkness"
@@Nyxael5845 Yeah, it makes sense. I just really wanted to pretend to turn into Fierce Deity for the last phase.
7:18 information that's good to know about Rock Octoroks: they do NOT repair and give boosts to champion weapons... So once those break, you have to get the materials again to get new ones.
For those wondering what the champion weapons are, they are:
Great Eagle Bow (Rito champion bow)
Scimitar of the Seven (Gerudo champion one-handed weapon)
Daybreaker (Gerudo champion shield)
Lightscale Trident (Zora champion spear)
Boulder Breaker (Goron two-handed weapon).
All of these are stronger versions of the weapons used to craft them (even stronger than the pristine versions).
I've seen red horroblins fall from the ceiling and die when the caves are wet! The others might fall too but don't die instantly because they have more health, but I'm not sure
subbed, happy to see you go in depth on totk stuff
8:42 they’re also scripted to die if you pick them up.
Horriblins are extremely vulnerable to Dazzle fruits, you don't even have to hit them when chucking one out, and every single one will fall off the ceiling.
Arrows vs stal enemies: head shots are lethal
2. you can ascend through every non-elemental talus's body (i never tried on an elemental so idk)
Also, two fun facts about froxes: You can climb up their arms or tail and use a stone-smashing weapon on his ore, just like a talus (I say this bc I've seen a couple people not know this, so idk if you do). And if you stay on their back until they buck you off, you can pull out your paraglider and they'll try to catch you in their mouth.
Instead, you can shoot a bomb flower into their mouth, and then right about the time you land, the flower will explode and you can climb right back on them :)
(I had to farm them. I got good at them lol. I also got good at king gleeoks -- being unfreezable is the way to go, as well as having at least 14 eyeballs (Depending on your weaponry you may need more or less. I was using x3 bows iirc. I guess you could use less if you were using a x5 bow. And you might be able to get away with 10-12, but best have extra. Also, use your sages. Except Mineru. She'll just get in your way. And I found that getting closer to the belly when using melee weapons meant a few more hits before I was knocked back. Not sure if it was worth it with the time it took to start shooting arrows again, but [shrug] There are multiple times the gleeoks never even got high up into the sky before I killed them c:
I also had to farm silver lynels. I just brute forced them though, wore the highest armour I had and used the best weapons I had and ate often. I did get pretty good at the end there, though :D
Okay done rambling)
The Stalfos Lizards can be found more frequently in the depths. However, they can spawn in certain areas of the map, mainly around where a lot of Lizalflos are respectfully. (Obviously at night)
Another spectacular video!
Funny how Colgara has scaling hp whe he just takes 1/6 total health damage depending on his cores you destroy
Horriblin fun fact: a Horriblin will always spawn with a spear as a weapon. I have never see one with anything else, not even a bow.
In my testing, they can pick up and attack with two-handed weapons, but not from the ceiling.
I didn't test one-handed yet.
I just loved ganondorfs healthbar filling up to double its size
As someone from germany i played the game well on german and there the constructs and there parts are named alpha, beta, gamma and delta respectivly. Same for the flux constructs but missing a delta variant. And the captain constructs are named elite constructs. For me, it was really irritating when i first learned that on english, they just had numbers it felt kinda meh.
In french they're named after army ranks, with the regulars being named soldier, corporal, sergeant and major, and the captain ones being named lieutenant, commander, captain and colonel
@@vb8133 that's also very cool way I like that too. Thanks for sharing :3
Now it makes sense why electric enemies are such a pain.
They not only have no weakness, but also have more health!
Edit: well apparently chuchus are an exception since you can overcharge them! Neat!
Yooo, so excited for more videos like this! I love Dark Souls Dissected, so getting Zelda videos in a similar format will be a ton of fun!
Thank you so much for this video! I was really bothered that I couldn't see their HP because I had all the BOTW enemies health value memorized and I could tell some were different.
Stal enemies die instantly when you throw a dazzle fruit
Rock octoroks also work with bows
Amazing work, brother! Great share!!!
11:33 - A faster way to do this is just stick the pieces together (grab one and push A right after), since it takes out 2 blocks at once.
Smart
“Rizzrobes”
Very helpful video, thanks for the info
10:24 as a new player who didn't know about this makes me feel so stupid 😭 thank you for teaching me this btw
I really like this - it will make for a great series! I want to see more hidden stats. The game is so damn secretive.
Fact about Pebblits: If you pick them up, they will blast open after a short while.
You can also get on top of a normal talus with ascend, but it will be harder.
A small correction for the skeleton bokoblins and all skeleton enemies except like Skeleton Hinoxes: arrows do work on them, but only on the head, and Skeleton Hinoxes have arrows work on the eye instead.
I feel like the King Gleeoks halve the damage or something, cause they took a lot more hits than the others
You can use ultra hand to immediately dislodge the core for flux constructs
Another weird thing, if you shoot a cooking pot at any armored enemy, it'll break any armor (I'm 90% sure, I need to test it)
