Thank you so much for showing us about the phasing animation. I have been trying to figure out how to do this to post cool animations on my social media. I used the have to individually save SketchUp files and then insert them to the D5 local library. This saves so much time it is amazing!

Great video. Thank you! Had ignored the new version thinking it was a minor one, but your video really helped.

I’ve been waiting for this video! My mind was blown seeing the trailer I just couldn’t wait for you to do a breakdown of everything

They're doing a great job over there - amazing new features on every release!

@ Couldn’t agree more! I love your content been following for years. D5 Render just needs to have the QR code 360 panorama generator tool that Enscape has and I will stop using Enscape all together

Great description Justin (as always!). D5 is getting better and easier to use and to teach from. Have a great day!

It's a great tool - I was actually really impressed with how easy it was to add these animations to the model (though I suppose having the model already set up for this helps a lot).
Bigger and better features every time they roll out a release!

Any tips on how to work with materials in D5 after exporting from Sketchup? Right now what I do is give a unique texture to each face because if not D5 will apply the texture to everything

I have a pro subscription to this. But I'm having issues saving and reloading the files especially if I have multiple versions of the project. Materials and lighting is not accurate at all times. But I love the library it makes the workflow much faster.

Where i can find the template that like lumion has many scene of landscape, because in my sketchup it always see the cut of the model when using hdri

Awesome job as always! I myself love the workflow between Blender and D5. Using live sync still lets you use blender materials which look really good, but the rendering optimization and time spent in D5 is significantly better than natively in blender. ViaRender has some really good videos covering the different ways to import the models over. Blender takes a while to optimize each project and even then you can still have issues and crashes. I am still waiting for them to add in true displacement for close-up shots and for photo matching. Those will be some amazing game changers.

It’s definitely interesting but material management sucks in rd5 and as long as it’s subscription based I’m completely not interested and so should everyone be. It’s a rip off.
