We just used it to get a little moderate stepping everyday. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxgAz8z9Y03AXTl_xgiCmYWfRKpnpW8nYG But after a family member had some medical issues and getting into bed and out of bed (with a really high 28” above the floor matress ) we added a little fluorescent glow in the dark tape to the edges and they now can get into and out of bed safely! What a difference this little stepper has made for them. and we still use it for daily moderate exercise routine also.

What is your sets and reps when doing these variations if any? Or do you like going through them in one go?! Exciting!
3 sets and 8 to 18 repetitions per exercise is good for most variations. For explosive movements 5 sets and 3-5 reps is enough. It's better to pick a couple of different variations and focus only on them instead of all at once
Are these exercises backed by science ? What are some of the scientific studies that back them ? We need to be able to know if something is just made up by creativity or if there is scientific basis behind each exercise.
