    So interesting, I'm from Romania, and while in school, during our sport class we did many of the exercises you are showing in this vid. At that age we thought they are funny, but now I realise how efficient they are. Big thumbs up for your content! So inspiring Eero!

      I think the most challenging were both the Duck Walk and the Bigfoot walk. I added some of the lunge workout also which made it a lot more intense. I could feel a lot of different leg and hip muscles being worked. Thanks.

      Work on balanced training for the lower body and do the basics very well (slow and controlled execution, good form)

      Thank you Fahad K. We often go very early on Sunday morning when there is barely any people because otherwise this gyms is packed! Cameraman also chooses the shots in a way the people are often left out of the picture

    Mine is 5"7 height , I worked hard , I changed my mind set , after seeing ur vidoes , I motivated from u ,
    is 5"7 ft is good height to workout these exercises?

      Great for warm up, but I would do only 1-2 rounds

      It will burn plenty of calories for sure, but faster tempo workouts are better
