its strange how many guys will laugh at you if you do this at the gym bcos they only know about lifting heavy weights but they tend to be the guys who dont like squats & deadlifts- they like to work upper body mostly.

i like to do stuff like this but it really is difficult to do it while wearing shoes- barefoot is best but my gym keeps giving me a hard time about it so i train late at night bcos the gym is open 24hrs & its quiet at night.

Those fencing lunges would it be better if you did them with a yoga perspective? For example the move is pretty much warrior two so wouldn't you use the proper form for that in the lunge?
I know this may be an awkward question but... what size of jeans do you wear, Vahva?
What do you think about walking lunges with weights in each hand?
For almost everyone bodyweight is enough. Weight doesn't necessarily make the exercise more effective
I really love to incorporate allot of your ideas into my workout do you do HEAVY leg workout with weight or just body weight
I often use light weights but bodyweight alone works great as well!

How to incorporate all these variations in a routine ? One set til failure for each ? Just no idea.
I would avoid failure with many of the movements but that is one way. I would pick a couple of variations and do 3 sets each as a part of your leg workout.

You can just do 10-20 sets of different variations once a week in a workout to see them work

I like to experiment a lot! I don't do everything at once - I focus on 1-2 different areas at once (as long as I need to) and then change things up

I would take a guess that when you were young you took dancing classes, probably for many years, ballet? You are not quite a body builder, as opposed to a gymnast.
I actually did taekwondo in my teens. In my early 20s I tried dance, breakdancing etc.
