Yeah man, I'm 27. I make 140k a year, I work ten hour days. I come home from the office to an empty house. I only have enough time to go to work, hit the gym on the way home, and sleep. On the weekends I get to meal prep and run errands. That said, don't get depressed about it. Nothing is going to change. Society is structured to keep us atomized. Are we gonna change it? Hell no we won't. Learn to be happy alone, get some hobbies. Sometimes it's just thinking about the next book I want to read, movie I want to see, trail I want to hike, or video game I want to play that keeps me going.

As a men who has dated multiple good looking girls I can say it is over valued. Our focus as men should be purpose and not feeling lonely and getting validation from a hot chick who is not adding value to our lives. Who cares if you are lonely? Imagine a hunter in the old era crying because he can not get a girlfriend instead of hunting for survival.

Minus the female or anything related to them(kids, lust, cuddling , cooking etc) find your purpose, create discipline, don't put bag of your happiness on them you'd live a much happier life.

I like the video, but you are missing a very important caveat. Men are purchasing clothes, cars, jewelry, shoes, etc. to get access to women. The men are lonely, because they don't have a women and or close male friends!!!!! The sad part is, there is nothing they can do to fix their loneliness.

More betrayal from people I refuse to respect anymore. But am I out? No brother. I have spent years not remembering the last day I did not wake up crying. But I will never give up.
