Hi , i added everything in exact proportions but the batter was too runny and hence i ahd to add 30 gm extra atta and even then the batter wasn't as thick as urs...
Cn i use buttermilk instead of curd or cn i just skip curd ??
Hi! Buttermilk should work- please add less of the milk in that case- the batter shouldn't be too liquid-y
The recipe says to add 3 tbsp of curd...so cn we add 3tbsp of milk + 1 tbsp of vinegar/lemon juice to make buttermilk ?
Curd to be hung and then use?

Can we do this on gas
