Sugarfree Eggless Atta Cake | Healthy Recipe with no Maida and no Sugar

  • Hi everyone! Today we are going to be preparing a healthy alternative to cakes.
    This cake consists of semolina, atta, jaggery, dry fruits, and whole wheat flour. Since such materials are nearly always available at every household, this cake makes perfect addition to your bakes. (Jaggery is being used as a natural sweetener here)
    Also if you are looking for healthy and sugar free substitutes for your desserts, then this recipe is for you!
    The simple and homemade taste of this cake along with it's comforting flavour can make it your go to dessert with chai or coffee on cold days now that winter has set in. It can be a favourite tea time cake for kids and adults as well.
    Ingredients:
    Whole wheat flour - 112g
    Semolina - 35g
    Flavourless oil -50g
    Jaggery - 135g
    Low fat milk - 100g
    Baking powder - 1 tsp
    Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
    Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
    Chopped dry fruits for garnish
    Loaf liner 9" x 3"
    Bake at 170 degree Celsius with both the rods on for 25-30 minutes or until the skewer comes out clean. Shelf life of this cake is 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
