One big thing that was a game changer for my motivation: Getting rid of social media, go to sleep at the same time everyday and workout 3-4x per week. Complete game changer. I found that I would my downtime with social media, but social media is NOT a restful activity. I replaced it with reading instead, going to sleep at a set time and bam, total game changer. Excellent video and great tips - especially about goals. This applies to all areas of life as well :)
That's is really good point. It is amazing how deleting social media has helped so many people. I have heard this from many people. One challenge for me as an artist is that I rely on social media for exposure and to build an audience. But the problem is that I end up going through scrolling sessions and waste time sometimes. Focusing on just the small steps has helped me reduce my social media time. You are absolutely right on how essentially a healthy mind and body can help you achieve your goals.
Yes they are. I started their drawing basics course in order to improve my drawing fundamental. I realised I needed to go back to the beginning and practice the basics more
