The original blade was the Nightshade. Which later became the Nightshade Reverse Tanto. I liked the grip so much that I expanded and created a line of blades on that grip and named them all Night since the grips are identical and the scale’s interchangeable between all of them. It does create some confusion. Another great video sir it’s an honor as always.

I hope they keep this in production, I've been looking a lot of these type of knives and this is the one I want.I was going to order one this month but life got in the way and I'm forced to spend my money elsewhere for now.

I am so glad I watched it. I was going to purchase one of those, but they were 1095 steel. They are now 80CRv2! AWESOME, because I have tested, used, abused a lot of knives, and different steels. I like 80CRv2, CPM-154, and CPM-3V. Those have been the best. Magnacut was disappointing. Have a great day
Yep, Tim has changed deals a few times so before you order just do a final review of what the latest steel is. He is also using AEB-L on some knives as well...

@@DimitrosSJ Magnacut is totally AWESOME. Almost twice as good as CPM3V, and that is incredible!!!! But not quite as good as my ELMAX! I am Super Suprised! CPM3V is so Great, and those are better?! I am really blown away! I want to try Cru-Wear, but I will never purchase another knife! I have my Winkler, HALF FACE BLADES, SCALLYWAG TACTICAL knife the MUTINY by TOOR knives, and my UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME Williams Blade Design SZK005 #76/150 Black Burlap Micarta with an APOCALYPTIC blade finish in ELMAX with the absolute best sheath ever created! I own 4 knives! Good LUCK with your blades! GOD BLESS
@@AndrewBradley-kx4bb I have the Spyderco PM2 in Cruwear. Like it very much! Cuts insanely and not so bad when sharpened. In my opinion, cruwear is very good balanced steel.
I did enjoy that overview of this knife! Looks like he has some very attractive but hardcore looking knives. Built to pierce meat? Oh I can believe it.. I'm going to see that video of him doing that now. Thank you for sharing. Good video!
