How to answer competency questions in interviews

Competency questions are really common in law firm application forms as well as interviews. These questions are focused on testing whether you can show a particular "competency" which the firm is looking for in its lawyers.
In this video I'm going to go over 3 ways that you can use to approach these types of questions in your application to make sure you answer them in a structured and clear way. These sorts of questions can come up in the written application form or during the interview, but the techniques or approaches for answering them in either context are pretty similar.
