I love that you have dark circles because so do I and it really helps to see how you’ve completely made them disappear! I thought it was impossible to hide my dark circles but now I know there’s hope for me too!
Started watching your channel and thank you for sharing. For someone who’s 51, I never really paid attention to how to truly put on your makeup and know not only how to do it correctly but tips to help with dark circles, correct skincare application, how to put makeup on in the correct order, & help with skin tone. I can’t thank you enough!! 💕🤘🏼
WOW! I had no idea.. I use Charlotte all the time .... but no one ever addressed the dark circles by using the orange for my skin tone... I'm going to get that and try this thank you!!!!
Ok so I just found your videos and I've been binge watching them all morning. I am 46 and for years when I was busy with life and kids I didn't really get a chance to wear makeup much and so it's really been years since I've wore any and now that I have the time and a few dollars to get some not only have I aged considerably and that means a few things my once partially hooded eyes are a lot more hooded, I now have little wrinkle lines that I can't seem to cover up because it just looks worse, but now my dark circles look like black eyes lol. So your videos have been wonderful in addressing these issues! Thank You ☺️
OMG....I actually tried this on myself this morning before work (ok, it took me an hour to do everything) but dang, it WORKS thanks to your color correcting simple steps...MAHALO and have a fab, glam day!
This video came into my feed at the right time! I have been so busy and not getting enough sleep. I have such bad dark under eye circles! But you explained it so well I'm going to try your technique tomorrow! Your a life saver or a dark under eye saver 😁 Peace and Love ☮️❤
WOW! Now I finally have a real solution to my dark undereye circles! I have color corrector and now I know how to use it correctly to eliminate my dark undereye circles. Thank you, Nina!!!
I’m doing my makeup for the 5th time either today or tomorrow & these tips with your How To Stop Concealer From Creasing will help a bunch!!! Our dark circles are almost identical so I’m really excited to see the end result lol THANK YOU!!
Wow, beautiful! Looking at your dark eye, pre makeup, I read them as a reddish brown as opposed to purple or blue. I would have expected to use green for red eye circles. But this obviously turned out great using peach. I have a lot to learn.
Concealer is my nemisis. I just started practicing this makeup technique. I've looked at lots of videos from different makeup artists. It doesn't matter, the concealer is cakey, spotty and I don't dare put setting powder on the under eyes because I just get another layer of cakiness. The other problem is that the concealer is showing more every wrinkle flaw I have. Short of Botox, what is the answer?
Omg yes yes yes wow I thought I was the only one. I thought I was so bad at makeup, and that everyone in this world can pull it off except for me :o eventho I have dark circles in kinda hyperpigmentation form😔
I had the same problem. I no longer have this issue only after treating my dry skin to some skin care: gentle exfoliating face wash, hyaluronic acid (COSRX and The Ordinary are holy grail), eye cream, and a silicone face primer. My face was so dry that any make up always used to be so cakey. Maybelline and Loreal concealer aren't too thick but gives enough coverage. But after skin care, I can use any cream or liquid concealer except for stick concealers.
Your eyeliner video is lifechanging! Could never get my eyeliner right until I tried your technique. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us ❤️🙏🏽 For dark circles I find The Ordinary’s Alpha Arbutin has helped me a lot. Can you please do a video on contouring oval face shapes 💚💚💚
Holu moly, so not what I expected with that bright orange and it just frigging disappearing!!! Thank you for breaking it down and showing how it ACTUALLY works without a ton of other things on it!!
omg, this really helped me! YI have horrible dark circles and I must color correct every single day to look close to normal, if I use any other concealer than tarte or Juvia's Place or Jouer. I will give you technique a try, I usually blend my color corrector with my finger, but it was helpful to see others have the same issue as me. Happy place, your UA-cam channel, I discovered it a few days ago and I am already in love. Also, hello to all beauty lovers out here
Hello there Nina, this is only the 2nd video of yours I've watched (just watched how to stop concealer creasing under eyes- I'm trying this tomorrow morning btw!) and I'm very impressed so far! You've got a really lovely way about you, very honest, genuine and your finished looks are truly beautiful. I'm about to binge watch and subscribe, thank you so much 😘💋❤
Thank you so much, I bought a color corrector and it wasn't helping at all, but after watching this I realized it's because as you said, I was trying to blend it in too much so it wasn't able to really cover. I will try it like you did it next time!
A very good video for me. Will apply this with my daily routine. QQ-is there a way to use CC and concealer and not use foundation? If you are looking to cover up your dark circles but not looking for a full face of makeup? Thanks
Wish there was a love button. This has to be the best video on dark circles and cooki Color corrector that I've ever seen, and I've watched alot of them!! Thakyou, thankyou thankyou Greetings from Canada!!
Thanks for this video. I don’t wear a lot of makeup, namely because I could never cover the dark areas on my face with concealer. I’d end up with grey areas and the whole thing would look awful. Lo and behold, color corrector!! I had never actually heard of it, so your video was incredibly helpful. Looking forward to being able to create a look with a nice even base…thank you!
Love this video! But can you help? I ordered the peach colour corrector Elf (I have an olive complexion but wouldn’t say I’m dark) I have really dark circles and it’s done nothing! Where could I be going wrong? I feel really insecure about it so hoping I find a solution soon ❤ thank you!
I tried your technique I would say it worked well on the bag but it did not do anything for my bluish line that highlights the under eye? I am super fair and I used high end products I will just keep at it for I am certain that it takes more than 1 attempt to get it right. I love your tips!
You are amazing teacher. I have cleaned subs that have just been selling stuff and you are first subscription I have added in long time. I have an auto immune that causes a lot of redness and I have trouble layering color corrector so I often skip it because I don’t want it to look cakey w concealer/foundation. This should be very helpful to me and I will try it today.
I like watching your video. I have dark circles and eye bags. I'm 57 and I'm Asian. Could you please do a full makeup with eye corrector, concealer, foundation and everything for mature skin ? What types of products to use that are good for mature skin and won't settle into fine lines especially under eye area. Thanks
Thank you for the demo on under eye darkness & circles. I have dark under eye circles plus pufffiness. It is really a problem for me to cover these areas
Would you still use a lid primer over your concealer before applying eye shadow or does your concealer act as a primer? Thank you! Enjoyed this video very much and found it helpful! ❤️😁
Hi there Nina.... Thank you so much for that step by step instructions on how to apply the different things o to your face prima, colour corrector foundation etc.... I am 57 years old and have never really applied make up like that before... Now I want to try to use it basically to cover up the dark circles and pigmentation.... You have really helped me understand how to do it step by step. You've also thought me how to choose my foundation etc. What I would still like to know is how do you buy the different brushes what kind of brushes and sponges and also how do you clean them? Now I heard there's synthetic and fibre etc so I'm not quite sure which to get and which brushes I should own?.... Thank you for the stunning lessons provided... Lotsa love Charmain.
I can’t find the list of products that you are using. I’m sure they are listed but I hope you can give me an idea where I can find the list. Thank you! Your videos are so helpful.

Hi Nina, Thank you for the video! Mind reader😊... I recently used orange corrector for the first time and for some reason I thought that is was mixing with my concealer? Do you know why that would be ? Do I always have to set my foundation and/or concealer with powder? You explain in great depth and thoroughly thank you so much for all your efforts...
You're so welcome! Thanks for watching! It sounds like it could be mixing due to the texture of the either or both the corrector and concealer. Try to ensure the texture is thicker for the corrector. :)
i just love your videos. They are great! If I follow your method in today"s video, I usually put eye primer on my lids for my eyeshadow. Will this method make it to thick? Thanks again for the great videos.
Hi Nina excellent explanation for using color corrector. Thanks for explaining the difference between using peach and orange. I use Bobby Brown peach and fenty light peach. Is the Charlette Tibury thicker and better than what I use? I ask because I'm not sure I like them. I'm going to try your application and see if it looks better. Once again thank you. Oh can you do a video showing color corrector concealer and bronzer you know a full face if possible. I just love the way you apply your make up.
Thank you! I don't really see the fuss about setting sprays, my technique sets my makeup really well so I only ever add a setting spray to refresh the skin but I don't rely on a setting spray to set my makeup :)
@@NinaUbhi1 makes sense… I was just wondering as so many people make a big deal about using it but I have to say I have tried your method of applying and it does definitely work and make a difference where you don’t need the spray. Thanks for your input 😘❤️🙏🥰
Do you have any tips for me on what color color corrector I should use for light skin? I'm 52 and have some darkness and puffiness. Also how do I get the sponges you use?

I am not rich and I know I need different foundation and products but to buy online I cant afford alot of it. My question to you is do you have any suggestions on a cheaper makeup for full face and wear I can buy it? I also need good brushes and a easy eye liner I use the liquid I cant get it right I end up black all over. Please help me this is the 2nd video I have watched and I think I can do it the way u show and break it down so easily. Hi Nina, I’m new to your channel and I have a question that I hope you can help with: how do you minimize the lines under the eyes? I find that after putting concealer, foundation etc they maximize and emphasize the lines so much as the day goes on and the products creep into the lines under and around the eyes. Please help how we can both cover up dark circles but also minimize aging lines. Thx so much.

So sorry to hear you feel this way :( I really do hope my videos help give you more confidence in your application :) I will do a drugstore branded video soon :)
So if you use Tarte shape tape or another concealer that's really good at covering dark circles, should you still color correct?
You shouldn’t need corrector if you use a good coverage concealer like Tarte
I m from Singapore and trying ur tip! It helps!

There’s a video just for that ua-cam.com/video/QO46Y14zLPE/v-deo.html
Do you match your under eye concealer to your skin or lighter or darker?
Thanks! Appreciated
Thank you so much for this video.
You're amazing! 😍😍😍
