- I'm going to show you how to apply color corrector for dark circles! It's a great makeup hack that anyone can use and so easy to do once you know how. It's the perfect solution for dark circles around the eyes.
In this video I'll show you how to apply color corrector to neutralize dark circles around the eyes. It's so easy to follow and I'll also go through the products in detail with you. I'll explain how color correcting works and how to easily apply it to your skin no matter what you skin texture may be like.

I love that you have dark circles because so do I and it really helps to see how you’ve completely made them disappear! I thought it was impossible to hide my dark circles but now I know there’s hope for me too!

Ok so I just found your videos and I've been binge watching them all morning. I am 46 and for years when I was busy with life and kids I didn't really get a chance to wear makeup much and so it's really been years since I've wore any and now that I have the time and a few dollars to get some not only have I aged considerably and that means a few things my once partially hooded eyes are a lot more hooded, I now have little wrinkle lines that I can't seem to cover up because it just looks worse, but now my dark circles look like black eyes lol. So your videos have been wonderful in addressing these issues! Thank You ☺️

You are amazing teacher. I have cleaned subs that have just been selling stuff and you are first subscription I have added in long time. I have an auto immune that causes a lot of redness and I have trouble layering color corrector so I often skip it because I don’t want it to look cakey w concealer/foundation. Concealer is my nemisis. I just started practicing this makeup technique. I've looked at lots of videos from different makeup artists. It doesn't matter, the concealer is cakey, spotty and I don't dare put setting powder on the under eyes because I just get another layer of cakiness. The other problem is that the concealer is showing more every wrinkle flaw I have. Short of Botox, what is the answer?

I had the same problem. I no longer have this issue only after treating my dry skin to some skin care: gentle exfoliating face wash, hyaluronic acid (COSRX and The Ordinary are holy grail), eye cream, and a silicone face primer. My face was so dry that any make up always used to be so cakey.
Maybelline and Loreal concealer aren't too thick but gives enough coverage. But after skin care, I can use any cream or liquid concealer except for stick concealers.

omg, this really helped me! YI have horrible dark circles and I must color correct every single day to look close to normal, if I use any other concealer than tarte or Juvia's Place or Jouer. I will give you technique a try, I usually blend my color corrector with my finger, but it was helpful to see others have the same issue as me.

Hey should we use lighter shade concealer or darker than our skin tone
I tried your technique I would say it worked well on the bag but it did not do anything for my bluish line that highlights the under eye? I am super fair and I used high end products I will just keep at it for I am certain that it takes more than 1 attempt to get it right. I love your tips!

Thanks for this video. I don’t wear a lot of makeup, namely because I could never cover the dark areas on my face with concealer. I’d end up with grey areas and the whole thing would look awful. Lo and behold, color corrector!! I had never actually heard of it, so your video was incredibly helpful. Looking forward to being able to create a look with a nice even base…thank you!

Thank you! I don't really see the fuss about setting sprays, my technique sets my makeup really well so I only ever add a setting spray to refresh the skin but I don't rely on a setting spray to set my makeup :)

Hi there Nina.... Thank you so much for that step by step instructions on how to apply the different things o to your face prima, colour corrector foundation etc.... I am 57 years old and have never really applied make up like that before... Now I want to try to use it basically to cover up the dark circles and pigmentation.... You have really helped me understand how to do it step by step. You've also thought me how to choose my foundation etc. What I would still like to know is how do you buy the different brushes what kind of brushes and sponges and also how do you clean them? Now I heard there's synthetic and fibre etc so I'm not quite sure which to get and which brushes I should own?.... Thank you for the stunning lessons provided... Lotsa love Charmain.
