I've had raccoon eyes since I was a kid, and always got asked if I was getting enough sleep. Still struggling with my epic genetic dark circles, and now that I'm almost 40 it's rough getting anything to stay crease-free under my eyes! Love your vids, and hoping you'll have a holy grail for me :D
Same and same. I looked like a tired or sad/ scared child. And as I’ve gotten older, it’s only gotten deeper and darker. I’d look so much younger if only not for this :(
i’m 29 and also always have hollows and they are quite darker than the rest of my face, and even my lid is slightly darker (which i don’t mind personnaly for the lid it’s like free eyeshadow lol). lately i’ve been using medicube age r device on my dark circles and my friend noticed that my skin looked good and my dark circles were lighter and i was like yeah i’m wearing concealer like usual and she said no like even your lids, your whole skin tone is more even ! And i’m not consistent with skincare products but i was using the device consistently for a week so I assume it’s thanks to that and there might be an « affordable » secret that actually has an effect☺️
Has anyone had actual significant positive experience using niacinimide under the eyes? I see it being talked about so much. I'm a simple gal, I grew up before all this makeup info and influencing happened, respectfully 😂 But I'd like to always improve and learn! Does that ingredient truly make a difference under the eyes regarding darkness? I ask, because the cost of under eye creams with and without that specific ingredient is what I see haha. I'll take any advice thanks!
@@fortune. I’ve had none. I’ve used a cream of one sort or another with it under my eyes for probably about 15 years now. It just keeps my purple, huge dark circles well hydrated 😂I asked my dermatologist who I’ve been seeing since 2012 if there’s anything prescription she could give me. She said she only knew of one Rx cream that had some efficacy (but very little) for the $300+ price tag. She said there’s virtually nothing out there that’s going to fix what I have going on under my eyes.
I’ve been watching these videos for the last few hours (don’t judge lol) and this is the FIRST one where I actually felt like I learned something useful. THANK YOU!! From one chick to another with hardcore circles. Thank you so much!! ❤❤❤
What an amazing result! You are the only person I've seen who actually has dark hollows. Mine are considerably worse than yours because I am older, butit'ss great to see what can be done with the right products. (And skill of application, of course).
I truly appreciate how you considered different lightings, this is my first time coming across your yo6u channel and i just subscribed! So excited to try this! You explanined everything so thorough yet so simple for a beginner like me, thank you so much for this!
I have seen many UA-cam classes on hollows. I saw yours for the first time and it's excited me to try because it's made such an amazing difference on you. Gonna try this for sure. Thank you Sarah 🥰🥰🥰🥰
@@angeliquenavarro263 right it makes a massive difference!! I just need to lower it alittle because my eyes get smaller when I put the concealer or corrector close to the eyes😂
I have the same eye hallow and bags problems even as a kid. Im not experienced with make up but I love the tip with the setting powder brush. Recently I tried using the beauty blender and it became so cakey I ended up washing it all off. I'm also looking forward to try the setting spray on brush before I blend. Thanks for the tips!

I’ve seen a few videos (there aren’t many) of make up for under eye hollows and you’re is the BEST! I’d love to see one on concealing jowls for us full cheek girls!
If you have fine lines try swapping the powder for setting spray with a brush. 1) Dab the setting spray with a brush. Let set for 30 seconds 2) color corrector 3) concealer 4) dab setting spray to seal the deal If you have fine lines skip the powder. I’ve used from drug store to very high end they all get cakey, dry and accentuate my fine lines. For me, this method works my concealer looks fresh, no settling, no touch ups for 8-12 hours. I hope this helps somebody 🌸🌸🌸
I have had dark circles since I was 5 years old. I love to see different techniques to cover them and going to try a few of yours. I love the idea of the lighter highlighter shade. At 64 i have loads of wrinkles under the eyes as well so they have become more of a challenge. Just enough to cover but not too much to fall in wrinkles.
My mom passed away on July 26th and my dark circles have been terrible ever since bc of horrible lack of sleep, so i greatly appreciate this video, its right on time ❤❤❤
Thank you for doing this vid! Hi I’m a new friend to your channel from Kentucky, I’m now in my mind 40’s and the last few years I have been fighting stage 2 triple negative breast cancer and back on 2020-2021 I did almost a full year worth of 3 types of chemo and it caused me anemia and low blood platelets so all of that caused me to have bad dark circles. I looked so weak and sickly and when I lost all my hair lashes and brows I took a break from my own beauty UA-cam channel and I’m now in remission and pray for good I want to get back to doing vids and want to look my best once again, but I’m still dealing with these dark circles. My body underwent a lot of chemo and 4 breast reconstruction surgeries so I’m guessing I’m stuck with these dark circles but thank you for helping me learn how to hide them. ❤
Queen!! You always do such a great job at these videos! No one explains like you and it's very much appreciated. Going to give this a try. I never used the setting spray so maybe that will help. I find that after about a half hour, my concealer is settling into my lines, and when I step outside, the lighting is different so it doesn't look as good as it did in the house. LOL
I got ten years on you and I've given up as well. I tried fillers and it was a nightmare, they ended up blowing my eyes up with lumps and I had to have it removed.
Hi! Love your channel. Can you share what moisturizer you use underneath before you apply this? Or do you not moisturize the under eye are before applying this product
Looks great, Sarah. Really appreciate your Hollos and Concealer updates! (I was wondering about those Huda color correctors. Thanks for incorporating them in your tutorial.) Yes, these hollows and darkness are dreaded - and so hard to work with. Your tips always helpful!. Keep the tips coming! :-)

Thank you, I struggle with this and have tried many correctors and concealers. Love the technique! Would you recommend the fenty concealer if we have under eye lines? I usually have a lot of creasing with some concealers.
