You look AWESOME and I'm soooo proud of you for doing all that you have.. Keep ur head up and know that what ever you want to do YOU CAN DO IT... sending you our hugs.
I really admire your commitment buddy, a huge well done for the competition. Although for different reasons, I really relate to the disordered eating trigger. These days I actually want to be bigger/broader etc but it always triggers my disordered eating! My mind is still stuck on thinking skinny = best = right! Its an ogoing work in remedying this. All the best of luck preparing for surgery!
Totally man, this has been a real test, but I am finding it much easier to focus on "getting big". Of course there is still that "skinny is best" in my mind too. Such a trip. Thank you!
When and why did you decide to participate in the ftm bodybuilding competition? And where did you start when you decided to participate.. (where did you find information about bodybuilding?) :)) I love your videos! You're really cool
Hey thanks! So I decided to do the FTM bodybuilding at around June. I had it in the back of my mind for a bit but didn't really decide until then. I found most of my info on the internet and youtube when it came to bodybuilding. There is lots of info out there thankfully!
Sports as a whole are extremely therapeutic for me. As a pre-transition trans guy, it really helps to know that I'm contributing to improving myself physically even if it's not making as much change as testosterone or surgery would. I'm a runner, and the feeling I get after I finish a race makes it all so worth it, and I would imagine bodybuilding is kind of similar in that sense.

You know Astronauts felt the same thing after coming back from the moon. Do a tough mudder or iron man competition! 😊
Haha! Perhaps, perhaps!

Yes totally similar! Sports are such a great way to combat dysphoria. Helped me for a long time. Keep up the good work!
