Hello from Georgian ! What a lovely video , happy to see you. Lovely people enjoying Signaghi. Fun fact: about wall around Sighnagi is it’s second longest wall in world after great wall of china.
Sighnaghi is one of our favourite places and the wall is incredible 😍
Guy's thanx so much for showing us this wonderful magical place that looks as though it
Comes from a dream.

Nice video as always. Thanks, Julia, good to know that prayer is an essential part of Georgian road travel. Really looking forward to the "food and wine" video(s). Stay safe.
Thanks Dennis! 😊 Even if one isn't religious, a ride on a bus in Georgia is enough to convert you for sure 😂 looking forward to sharing the food video! 😍

Jonjoli (bladdernuts) is called - the king of all pickles. It has to be seasoned with sunflower oil and onions.

See you in the next one Muhammad! ❤️
@@MattandJulia In shaa ALLAH bro 👍
Great news letter. We're American and belong to a credit union. Instead of using a debit card to withdraw cash, we use our credit card to make a cash advance. This incurs no fee including no ATM fee on either end. We then go on line and immediately pay of the cash advance; usually incurring an interest charge of pennies. Of course we never accept the ATM's suggested conversion rate!
Thank you, really glad you enjoyed it😘
Ah so interesting! Thank you so much for sharing Dennis! 😊❤️
Enjoyed the video
Glad to hear 😊 thank you!
Will u be staying with Maria for the whole trip? She seems lovely! Also is all of Georgia rural or similar to farmland? Last question was the cheesy pizza thing a salty dish or is it a pastry? Love your videos Julia and Matt!
We only stayed with Maria for 1 night this time, she is so lovely 😊
There is a combination, some parts of the country are very rural and some parts are used for farmland.
This type of Khachapuri is basically like a cheesy pizza (with cheese inside and on top), made from bread dough 😊
Thank you very much ❤️
Hi~🙋🏻♀️SusanHarris, I share your opinion...
(I am not young anymore) but also like their Vídeos too. Yeih~ ✌️
Haha, that was really funny when i read GEORGIA'S NICEST BABUSHKA🤗🤗🤗😍😍😍this BABUSHKA is really amazing woman😊❤
Shhe is the sweetest lady we've ever met, we already miss her and her family 😞❤️
@@MattandJulia 🤗💕
Babushka is a Russian term, why not use a Georgian word "bebia" for the occasion 😁😁
Superrrrr cool aunty Maria
She is an awesome lady 😍🥰

Waiting for kasbegi videos.
How easy are the transportion, and how is the tourism situation.?
They will be coming ✌️ Depends how you like to travel - we like to take 'Marshrutkas' everywhere (like mini-buses), but you can also take tours from Tbilisi, Kazbegi is around 40GEL for example. Everything is open x
@@MattandJulia
Thanks million.
Nice scenery shots, glad you’re enjoying your trip. Not a big fan of old depressing cities myself but that’s only me 🤷🏻♂️! Keep up the great stuff 👌🏻👌🏻
Thank you very much 🥰
Maybe they could have the Great Georgian Wine Off!
God I'm funny
It would be epic to be fair! 😀❤️

6:55 What is Lades? Ladas ? The Sovieti car ?
Ladas are a Soviet car yeah 😊
Wowwwwwww
😊😀❤️
You guys speak the language so well, but do any people speak English in the towns?
Hi Mary,
Our Georgian is actually really poor, we are speaking Russian here as many people, especially the older ones, speak it as a second language 😊
The young generation in Georgia speak English very well, especially in the big cities like Tbilisi, but, (really generalising here) anyone over the age 30ish generally has a better command of Russian than English, especially outside the cities, hope this helps 😊
Good morning
Good morning to you x
@@MattandJulia thank you, I want to visit Georgia especially remote villages
Matt and Julia, what is you're home country ?
We are from the UK 😊
why is this country so quiet.. i rarely see people
Have you been in Telavi? 🥰
No we haven't, heard it is a beautiful city though 😍
hello ı am georgıa and god vlog :)
Thank you very much ☺️❤️

🤗❤️
👍👍👍💖
♥️♥️♥️
🥰🥰🥰 lot of love for Russian speaking Maria ☺️🥰🥰
She is too sweet! 🥰❤️
@@MattandJulia 🥰👍👍👍
Hello. I was thinking Georgia can't be all that conservative if Marijuana is legal...and allowed to make your own alcohol...,just sayin.....,and I love your videos
Are you going to visit Batumi?
We hope to, not sure yet. We have been there before we started UA-cam 😊
Microphones pls
It's always bemusing Europeans don't really enjoy drinking, though there are many alcoholics there. We drink from thr morning in Japan. Lunch with beer is fine during work hours. Different boring custom.
👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍👍🙏
❤️❤️❤️
we call bebia in Georgia not babushka ( thats russian).
I am Russian and Matt is a Russian speaker :)
Babushka is not a georgian word. Why would you refer Georgian grannies like this? In Georgian "Bebo" or "Bebia(équivalent of Babushka) is much easier to pronounce
Though, you are positive and represent everything in a positive way. Thank you for the video. 😍❤️
they probably didn’t know
No masks? When was this? May 2021???
Okay, so very lax masking at the beginning. Please, be careful, you two!
My dear friends I wait for you in Ukraine! 🙋❤🐘🐧🎂🍷Alex. Georgia /Ukraine.
Thank you very much ☺️
No we call them bebos
We call them Grandmother or Babushka as we only speak English and Russian.
@@MattandJulia yeah i know
Babushka is Russian word, not Georgian.
And? The rest of the sentence is in English, not Georgian, no problem with that though?...
@@MattandJulia No, as long as you speak English. Are you Russian?
Yes I am. So what's the difference? They are both languages, used by people for communication.
@@MattandJulia Ok that's what I wanted to know :) Prodoljaite v tom je duxe :)
Aaah, спасибо вам большое! ❤️
We had quite a few people being really racist and horrible to us for speaking Russian. Sorry if I came across rude, really didn't mean to! Just had a bit too much of agression towards myself ❤️
