watching Raksha's videos is like taking therapy, so magical & peaceful. Would love to add most of these mindfulness spreads in my bullet journal. I like the way its decorated, simple, minimal, yet elegant :) I made it to the end, it was so worth it. Like the little quote there

Over the past 5 years, a family member has been trying to get pregnant. There have been many complications and this person has hit the bottom of his/her patience. I thought it would be a good idea for this person to watch Raksha’s video and create a journal exactly like this to keep his/her mind on something other than this and then it hit me! I can make this journal for him/her and let them fill it in. I think that Raksha’s idea’s to fill a journal are spot on. Thank you.

I've been bullet journalling for about five years and I'm keen to try new spreads.
I'm wondering how often you use all these spreads? For instance the less/more spread. It's a nice idea but how often do you really flick back during the year and think, 'what was it I wanted to do less of again?'.
Or am I misunderstanding the purpose?
Hi, I know what you mean! In my 5 years of bujo setups, I haven't always done spreads like that, but when I do them it's with the intention of giving myself a boost at the start of a new year. The process of thinking it through and committing it to paper just energies me, and I start the year off with the right mindset. Sometimes throughout the year, I flick through my journal, and revisiting these pages give me that boost and positive mindset again, when I feel a little lost. If that makes sense!
