Uganda to build East Africa's first public fertility hospital

In Uganda, the government plans to build the first public fertility hospital. When completed, this will be the first facility of its kind in the entire East African region. The hospital is expected to curb incidences of infertility - by cutting down the cost of treatment. From Kampala, here is CGTN's Hillary Ayesiga with more.
