The reason you cant use st its because of the bolt effect of your eternal agony,the bolt effect stuns the enemy once you use the combos if you want to use st so much then remove the bolt ability and replace it with the flame ability to increase the dealted damage of your oponnent and trust me once you did that you'll know the true power of orochi x.....nice gameplay though i always use him when im playing a final level in chaos mode ^_^

Guys listen,Koei didn't nerfed Shin Orochi,Shin Orochi is still VERY OP his musou attack was so powerful and even if you are on lvl 1 he can kill anyone easily....I think shin orochi is more POWERFUL in WO3 than WO2

To get Shin Orochi, you just have to beat every level (including dream), abilities come from characters, not levels. You need all but Shin Orochi to max them all out.
In WO3 his C1 and C4 got buffed and C3 got mega nerfed. He’s broke in WO3 though anyways cuz C4 just absolutely wrecks and has amazing elemental activation (absorption + drain or whatever the musou one is called) so he’s one of the characters who can be invincible with musou refill as well
to get stage 27 u have to get sum of all character proficiency levels equals 2,730 or more. and to get orochi x, u have to compete all dream modes.. so start cranking up thos prof lvs

He has the best musou in the game, oh and for the record, this game is all about charge attacks, and 96% of the musous, even when executed fully, cannot come close to killing an officer in chaos mode. However, the charge attacks can OCKO or 2CKO easily.
I don't have orochi 2 for psp, and nor do i have a psp(pathetic, eh), but about your problem, I believe it's because the team wanted to minimize the size of the game. Well, if you had voices for all characters, it would take too much for the psp, and look at how many characters there are in orochi 2. I'm not certain about this, it's just a theory.
