    My fiance is having the same issue with his health at the prison. They need to seriously do something. This is a joke

    Why would they shred documents? Short staff , thats why prisoners are stuck in their cells 98 % of the time! Not enough staff to monitor. Is it that they aren't hiring? THey shouldnt be running if they aren't meeting the basic standards . No documentation of drug prescriptions? If they aren't able to follow or meet Policy and Procedures its clear they arent capable of giving proper care to anyone!

    Audits mean nothing. The agency will legit just say something along the lines of "We are aware and will make plans and efforts to change." Check out admins that run juvenile agencies. In my opinion they running wild. Seen it first hand.

    The sinister behavior is finally exposed what horror. These medications have long term effects and are very harmful to the human mind, you ever wonder why people talk to themselves? Those medications in these prisons.
