"a patriot walk" 🙃 Nothing patriotic about intimidating your neighbors because they didn't vote you in as HOA president.
You can have your second amendment rights without making all your neighbors feel uncomfortable. The right to bear arms is not the right to threaten and intimidate law abiding citizens. Walking your dog with a 9mm holstered on your belt is far different than running around a group of kids with an AR15 slung over your shoulder.
This guy is the reason why people are opposed to open carry laws. He's only hurting his cause.

Cops get to intimidate law abiding citizens by wearing militarized equipment and firearms. I've seen armed on-site police in schools and witnessed thousands of comments from the public, with cries for armed security for elementary schools. I'm against all of this and would be content for only military to be issued firearms but 2A exists and like the man said, it's a muscle that's begun to atrophy in the USA as tyranny has become normalized.

This is how you lose your rights vs further securing them. Our rights come with responsibility that encompasses the impact on the community as a people before any self-appointed grandstanding which is in no way a genuine attempt to work with said community.

Dummys with a wepon. Has one dosent know what to do with it. Uses it in a matter to get the wrong attention. Keep it above the fireplace and pull it when the time is appropriate, you airhead. Think about the image you are sending. Think about the people around you. Respect the weapon and know that the community is in peace with people who know how to use weapons in an appropriate manner. Bringing a wepon outside raises red flags across the board and puts people on edge. Be smart gun owner and dont parade around with a weapon. That alone is just negligent. Not vary wise thing to do.

Crazy 40 Years ago kids went to school with rifles in gun racks in there truck, when I was a teen in the late 90s we had SKS rifles on the front of our ATV's going through the neighbor hood. How about teaching your kids about gun safty how, that is not exactly illegal but not a respectable way to carry a weapon. Instead of fuelling there fears. Kids pick up on parents fears, kids do not know to be scared of something unless they get first hand experience or are taught that behavior by parents. So if the parents are freaking out the kids pick up on it and mimic it.. kids learn by mimicing.
The whole thing could behandled way better by all parties.

This is hurting our cause, not helping. I own a lot of guns and I'm very pro 2A. I have multiple NFAs and a CCW.
When people start walking around groups of kids slung with AR-15s to prove a point, it has the opposite effect. We already have the anti 2As who want to take away all guns and are really trying to take our "assault riffles." When people do things like this, it makes even responsible gun owners question our laws.
News stories like this aren't fluff pieces promoting our rights. Stories like this turn more people against us. This guy and "Super" Dale aren't there spokesmen I want.
Mark my words, Utah will vote to ban certain guns and/or certain capacity magazines in the next 10 years. The guy in this video is part of there reason why. Please don't support and encourage actions like this.
Look at California, New York and several other states. They can limit and take away our rights and they will.
Just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should.

Del is pretty much off his rocker. He even made that a part of his advertising. He speeds and drives aggressively, even with his kids in the car. He chases protected birds with his glider, until they fall out of the sky.
