These teachers and school staff should think about why kids bring knives to school for protection with this country going down the toilet as it is. That would only be appropriate if they had reasonable suspicion their life was in danger, like the other kids having brass knuckles or a gun. I mean fighting back was a good choice but using lethal force (knife) wasn’t a good idea, the staff should have been able to prevent it though so they failed. Plus, bringing weapons on a school campus is illegal, but i think the student should be charged with assault and battery, not for attempted manslaughter if those were the charges
