I am Portuguese and this price is amazing considering salaries in USA. One thing I see in american houses is storage decent storage for clothing linen etc they take that in consideration. Not in my country unfortunately This would be an amazing deal in Portugal and Our wages way lower lol i would be this in a heartbeat if I was american. I actually would buy it if a property like this was available in my country. Great price and quality!
Lady before you some comment, first look at ...how safe is the area also how much you pay for condo fees also how much you will pay for taxes every year also if the area is good because some times what you see is not how it looks in reality!! Also you have to look if is a 55* plus area or a all age area, if it is good luck
