This is fire! We’re honored y’all!
🤩🤩
what are the odds I saw this the same day as the og artists lol
Wow two years later but they saw it!!
This is so cool they saw it!!
What about time 🤣👌👌👌❤
So glad you guys finally saw this! Your song’s an absolute banger btw
Ok but can we talk about this perfect choreography?? Not only are their voices so different yet so compatible with each other... the choreography is also so cute, icing on the top!
You can thank ... Miss Sunny Holiday for that.
0:33 this choreography 😍😍
And one take with one camera !
I'd put a mirror behind the camera. simple.
laugh I prefer this

I love how Postmodern Jukebox isn't just about the music. It's also about the visuals, performance, and atmosphere and I LOVE it!!
its all about then shoo-bops baby!
I love how they all get a turn at lead vocals instead of just one woman singing lead. Beautiful!
I guess this is just the style they imitate.
@@nponeccop I think you're right.
Signature Bradley style
... Bradlee😊
So very nice!👍
Excellent arrangement and wow, each of those women is an outstanding vocalist. Together they're amazing!
They each have very different voices, but it worked. Scott is so good at arranging it feels effortless.
My thoughts exactly. One of the best groups I've seen so far
@Don Crowder I remember having seen you comment on MonaLisa Twins videos...? Or am I mistaken?
@@ChristomirRackov I thought I replied to this comment already but I don't see my reply. Correct, I am a fan (and follower) of the Mona Lisa Twins.
@@DonCrowder Haha, that's awesome. Glad to meet you here too. :D It seems you and I both can recognize great music, when we hear it... ;)
Speaking of great music, just curious - what did you think of MLT's "Orange" album from 2017? And, if you liked it, are you excited about their next original album, which is being written and recorded right now? ^_^ (If you aren't on Facebook, you might not know that that is exactly what they have started doing recently... But yes, they have, and I can't wait for the results)
The piano dude is extremely serious. Doing theimportant part.
Nobody disturb him
About time someone who noticed that guy..
He makes money on it ... this is his channel ... he can be serious )))
You are absolutely correct, he does the serious part of putting this all together. Serious skills on the keys, production, direction and management.
Vanko Zhou The vocals are the most vital part but the Piano plays a vital role technically are all doing there part
I absolutely love how their voices blend together. They all sound so different but compliment each other and it's great.
Nice version did the song proud
Right! I love it so much❣️
After 5 years, this is still one of my all-time favourite PMJ songs.
Girl in the middle had a really great voice. I mean, they all do but it was just really... aesthetic.
So great to hear Joey's voice again.
Girl in the middle is Joey Cook, easily my favourite PMJ singer (though the others are great too). Check out Hey There Delilah if you haven't already. Or even if you have.
@@MartijnVos z
She has the Ronnettes 1960s glottal vocal style (little Cher, Shakira sound dropping the larynx down). Loved it, and like all of the singers and great arrangement.
Joey's got real character in her tone, and it suits this arrangement beautifully - some of the other PMJ performances of this with other singers just don't seem to have the same "Wow!" factor, except for the one with Sara Niemitz leading off as the middle singer (but then, I love everything that girl does!)
I like the raspy voice of the black girl but the three of them harmonize beautifully.
They make you laugh these three women 😄
It’s not raspy at all
Kingdom Hearts lover omg i know right she is amazing!
That black girl suits this song . Beautiful cover
@@sanmarine26 ...do you know what racism is? ._.
Vocals - check, dresses - check, choreography- check, check, check! A spot-on 60’s girl group interpretation! And the piano is AMAZING!
Yeah - Respekt for these Music... ☝✌😘😍💐
Man I missed this, I'm glad I came back. Joey really hits differently
"I've been feeling it since 1966 now" So it's only been 1-3 years?
Reminds me of that line in Hotel California. "We haven't had that spirit here since 1969."
That song came out in '77. That's less than ten years. It doesn't have nearly the implied isolation it does now. That line, appropriately enough, gets spookier with age.
why didn’t the feel it in the summer of 69’
just like the song december '63 (oh, what a night) which was released in '75
@@BonaparteBardithion until the point where enough time has passed that the line stops having impact, funny how that works
My favorite part is where they straight out time travel to 1986
I always sing the lyrics of "Please Mr. Postman" whenever I hear this song. I'm glad I'm not the only one to hear the similarity.
The band acknowledges the similarity and even cleared it legally with the copyright holders of "Please Mr. Postman" before releasing it. You are not even remotely alone. :)
BROOOO SAME
Now I want to hear Mr Postman in the style of Feel It Still
@Mark Five Some people are actually retarded.
Lol because it sampled please mr postman
Nina Ann winks at the camera at 2:12, my heart does not beat again until the high note at 2:21. Yes, I've watched it a few times despite the risk.
The young squire Conrad, rocking that lovely Ebony ES335….envy!!!!
That girl one the right, absolute fire 😍🔥
She's in the group Citizen Queen, too. Their "Evolution of Girl Groups" is so worth a watch (or 10)
@@saml14 And the SoCal Vocals. Their 2018 ICCA set is awesome and won them the championship.
:D she was in my high school choir
I know, right?
She had more finesse in her movements. A real dancer!
Best cover yet, but can we appreciate the smooth af drummer in the back?
Another thing I love about this is that the 3 of them have very distinct styles and personalities yet it just _works so well_ , not just in their singing but also in their choreography, like damn. It's perfect.
Ninna Ann is the most beautiful voice and the most beautiful
Everyone was great but the black woman on the left just blew me away. What effortless tone and breath control! 💖
Suzy Cyanide Adanna is a great talent, can’t stop watching her❤️
As opposed to the black woman on the right?
Lmao you definitely didn’t need to mention her race but okay
@@vigtoria8123 Stfu it's the same as saying the girl with the blonde hair or some shit. It's not derogatory is a descriptor. Its not a bad thing to be black and describing someone as such is not offensive. "Lmao".
She was soooo good
The black woman’s voice is my favorite her tone is so beautiful 😌
Adanna Duru has a voice that all the best adjectives just come off as cliche, indescribable.
That's what you call the African *soul* ;)
P.s yes, I am black.
Uh huh. I like her dancing the best, too.
Indeed, she has that, totally unracist in any form, African soul vibe going on. There is an inherited voice from that region of the world that can be molded into an amazing singing voice that the rest of us have to work hard to come close to. Amazing stuff.
She is Power!
I always ended up hearing "easy coming and go" everytime I listened to that song.
OMG NINA AND ADANNA DURU TOGETHER ❤❤
This sounds soooo '60s-ish... the singing and the instrumentals.
their dress are green
I mean, “Feel It Still” heavily uses elements from “Please Mr. Postman”, a 60s song. So yes, it’s definitely going to sound like it.
I think that was their goal. Success!
I thought maybe it was because the title says, "60s "Mr. Postman" Style Cover." A real mystery...
Welcome to PMJ
I was there in 1966 and this was like being there again...truly great vocalists and musicians, thank you Sonny and Scott.
This is absolutely fantastic. Each lady has their strengths and it blends so well together. Joey's voice is perfection for this style. Incredible. Adanna's vocals are top shelf, sick! Nina-Ann absolutely kills the choreography. Looks like she's been doing this her entire life. Can't keep my eyes off her. Scott, you are a treasure. Your arrangements are insane. THANK YOU for bringing back great music!!
Eighty Six, Eighty Six Eighty Eighty Eighty Eighty Six !!! Great job ladies
Those 3 ladies made me wanna dance. Jukebox in general does that but i just loved these 3 so much, i wanna see more of them together.
My piano man giving the camera his soul at 2:23
Sometimes you don't know if he isn't taking yours in

😁
It's his band so I guess he gets that one for free
Seing Joey in shoes is something extravagant to say at least
2:55 onward gives me goosebumps. Such a lovely soulful voice.
amazing voices. girl in the middle has it soulful, jazzy.. the one on the left has such a chillout alternative voice.. and the one on the right is very pop'ish, uptempo suited voice.. love them all!
This is absolutely perfect. The girl's voices are so different and yet they harmonize so well, I can't, y'all are just so talented💕
Scott's arrangement skills are fire on ice, he does this stuff so seamlessly it leaves me stumped. Most people would look for similar voices, and he takes three distinctly different ones just for kicks. That is talent.
@@Gee-xb7rt He's a rebel just for kicks, I guess.
im also amazed at how well the vocals mesh together, even though they are so different in type :).
my favourite one is the green dressed girl 🥰
Music I've never heard, from artists I've never heard (nor cared about). PMJ videos make them very enjoyable to listen to, and watch!
Love how the bassist is grooving
William Archive tambourine guys groovy brother
The upright base is but the bass guitar looks bored
He reminds me of the late Donald "Duck" Dunn - another throwback to the 1960s
Tooo right!!
William Archive he looks like Eric Andre (Who plays double bass)

@@hw29472 Now I want to hear Portugal the man do a complete cover of Mr. Postman with current technology.
@@michelleana9460 I believe from something I was watching, they didn't even intend to use the same melody, but when they realized how close it was (possibly cryptomnesia coming into play) they licensed the track just to cover their bases

Even better than the original. I can’t stop listening to this.
No both are amazing for me. It's just that this remix has a different mood than the original.

Making this my alarm 1 year ago. Until now, greatest decision ever.
GREAT!!!!! And I love how (unlike the 60's style) when most singing groups would center their sound around ONE voice singing lead, it's cool to see here that each girl takes a turn at lead vocals. Great job ladies!!!!
I just can not get enough. The girl in the middle is so amazing!
I agree...shes great...perfect voice for this!
At this time I'd like to stand up and give you all the clap..well done ladies.
Adanna gets it, she makes this song everything! I miss her!

This is truly exceptional! Putting a doo wop theme on this song was genius. The great backup band, tight harmonies, beautiful choreography, great voices (especially the blond's haunting voice) and that indescribable fun factor. So much talent! It instantly put me in 1961. My very first Postmodern Jukebox song. This introduced me into a wonderful world. Absolute perfection.
The choreography was so good! Remember, girl groups in the earlier '60s wore matching outfits and these green dresses with the ugly bow at the collar are classic.
Such fun and because of this, one found out about Portugal The Man.
It's good to see a new generation, not replacing, supplanting, or distorting what is already a great brand and style. I hope they are adequately supported in their aspirations and that the current generation is recompensed adequately for all of their exemplary achievements.

I admire Scott Bradlee for his amazing arrangements and choice of talent for each performance. He is so laid back that I think many viewers don't realize that the quiet guy on the piano is responsible for all this great music.
Their voices mix into one incredible singing trio that makes my heart and ears happy :)
Been watching this at least once a day for the last 2 weeks...
Just wow! The thing I love the most is that they are all having a blast and just nailed it. Each and everyone is simply amazing. I watched it 10 times focusing on each person and I'm just so impressed. Awesome sound revival and mad props to that incredible slick piano work that just weaves it all together like magic, bass hitting oh so perfect, guitar and drum maddeningly spot on and the girls silky and sassy vocals are stunning. The choreography and stage set is so precisely simple and classic. 10's all around!
