I love the original version by Kings of Leon. One of my favourite songs. But when I listen to this version, I can't hear the original at all. This sounds like a brand new song. It is simply amazing.

The whole arrangement was incredibly well done. When the trombone jumped in at 1:21.... gave me chills! Some of Scott's arrangements stand above the rest, and this is one of them.
Sexiness? The original was so fucking sexy I questioned my sexuality. But, yes, she does well. The spin on it is very much meh. Im not excited about the instrumental, it is (instrumental) actually shit compared to the original.

Most breathtaking and underrated cover of any song on UA-cam.
Probably one of the greatest performances on PMJ in a ceaceless torrent of outstanding performances. It's not just about the technicality of the vocal work, this one is POWERFUL and deep, and gorgeous, and rich. A fantastic song to riff off of, and a gorgeous voice, make for a deadly combination. I listen to this one at least once a week just to get those fuzzy feelings!

She may not be the most technical singer we've ever heard, but she's got something deep and sensual and moving to her performance, her voice, and everything else about her. I love this song, this singer, and this rendition, and listen to it on a regular basis!

Think of how much people waste on different clothes when they could, with minimal training and effort can alter their own clothes. Kids need Home Ec, civics, shop and music again. I didn't give it a thumbs down but as much as I wanted to like this version, it just sounds like a bunch of yelling. I have yet to hear a good remake of this. Beyonce did a sexier version with voice effects which was different and sounded okay.
