  • Again, a weight workout with no loss of strength. At 18 hours of water fasting I worked out for an hour. I ended my fast at 21 hours later on in the morning.

    Hi
    Can I have half lemon squeezed with half glass water before workout during my 18 hours fast? It would be around 11 hrs into the fast...
