- To celebrate the year anniversary of my first upload, I decided to rerecord an extended version of my very first FF harp arrangement, Terra's Theme. Yay! My channel is 1 year old! If it was a dog, it would be more than old enough to have its balls chopped off!

2020 was when I started doing my own arrangements. It's probably not a coincidence that the first FF song I ended up doing was Terra's Theme, a song that deeply evokes so many sentiments. Uncertainty. Loneliness. Utter mental breakdown inside a rainy town in which crooks spout gibberish, dancers try to murder you and apparently being able to tell the time gets you a pretty sweet chainsaw. I can relate.

Terra's theme is my absolute favourite song. Thank you for this fantastic recording! I listened to it for hours while playing FF3 in the early 90s and the harpist I hired for my wedding, Michael O'Shiver, wrote to Mr. Nobuo Uematsu at Square Enix and recieved written permission to compose this song for the harp for my wedding. My biggest regret is I never got a recording of this.

I love this song, very well done! I remember as a kid letting the FFIII SNES cart loop the opening to watch/listen to the snowfield intro to Narshe. Good times. :) Thank you for this arrangement!

Just yesterday, April 2nd 2024, Square Enix celebrated (with an all day stream showing gameplay/playing the ost on their youtube Channel) the 30th anniversary of this beloved installment in the Final Fantasy series 😊 This particular FF is a timeless favorite of mine in childhood, and I must be old now since it was released the same month and year I was born 😅
What better way to decompress and rechannel the soul of this game than to meditate to this beautifully played piece 👏 😭

This was the first song in the franchise that I fell in love with, having played none of the games but lifelong game music enthusiast. Prompted a deep dive into all the FF OSTs and after all this time my love of Terra is rivaled only by my love for Zanarkand and its variations. Tickled to see that Terra was your first upload, and thrilled to have an extended version. I used to loop the MIDI version for hours at a time. Now I don't have to.

Aw thank you so much, congrats to your daughter! I'm sorry, I don't have anything down on sheet music yet, but once I get around to that I will surely post it here. The arrangements are all just in my head, but I should probably make sheet music sometime before the dementia sets in.
