Landing at Washington Dulles in Mooney M20J

Flew out to Washington Dulles KIAD in my Mooney M20J to take everyone to the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum at the Udvar-Hazy Center. This is the extended collection of the museum in the center of Washington DC. This one houses a lot of the bigger aircraft that could not fit in the smaller museum including the SR71 Blackbird, Concorde, Discovery Space Shuttle, and the Enola Gay B-29 Superfortress.

I used to think that Washington DC area is under permanent TFR for GA. What does it take to get a permission to fly Mooney there?

Take the online course and file a DC SFRA VFR Flight Plan. Or just go IFR.
