I tiered this card at C during the video, but I have since decided that it deserves to be placed in B tier instead. You still need a sufficient number of cards that can draw, so I think it's more of a secondary Garurumon than a main one. That being said, the fact that it can gain 1 memory when digivolving without triggering Matt is actually pretty useful. If you are able to trigger Matt in some other way (BT15 Gabumon's Start of Main Phase or inherit, EX1 WereGarurumon/BT15 WereGarurumon ACE When Digivolving effect, etc.) then you are actually able to get two separate instances of memory gain. This is especially useful in conjunction with Training because it can be used to effectively digivolve into BT5 Garurumon for -1 memory. This is also the only level 4 in the archetype that grants a DP boost, so that's pretty nice as well. It still goes in B tier rather than A because it requires that you run enough other draw effects to make up for the lost draw inherit. Mostly notably you'll likely want to run WereGarurumons that draw when digivolving alongside it to facilitate memory gain while climbing.
