    Thank you for these videos, part 1 and 2. I took the test today and I got 180 :) I passed! For me it's a big achievement because I am team-numbers, so reading and language are not my forte. Thanks again, God bless you.

    I’m taking this reading test in a few days, trying to prepare, and the videos are so helpful. I hope to pass and get at least 160. My math test was a piece of cake, but the reading test is a challenge.

      @@KathleenJasperEdD I have officially used the mirroring 360 software during a class session! I'm a PC user and it was so easy to use with my Lenovo laptop and Samsung Tab S7! Although I can't have the all black look you have with PowerPoint, it still gets the job done! Thanks for all your hard work putting all of these resources together!

    Since the PRAXIS does not count wrong answer choices against you, couldn't you just click every available option in "select all that apply" questions? Obviously, I would advise trying your best to answer the question as best you can first, but if you get stuck or run out of time, why not select them all?

    • @KathleenJasperEdD
      @KathleenJasperEdD  2 роки тому +1

      I think you may be getting confused on the concept of a wrong answer not counting against you. For example, in the Praxis if you get an answer wrong you get 0 points towards your grade. If an answer counts against you, then you receive negative points (say -3 pts for arguments sake). Those -3 points will go against your final score as opposed to if you didn't answer it you would receive 0 points or if you answered it correctly you gain 3 points. "Select all that apply" questions are basically combination answers. You must get all the correct answer choices selected in order to get the credit. For example, if the right answer is A,C and D, then you will only get credit if you put A,C and D. If you put A and D you are only 2/3 right, but you forgot C and therefore receive no credit. Hope this clarifies it for you. Thanks for watching.

    I am a person that can work on one thing at a time. Is it okay to take Praxis exam one subject at a time?

    • @foreversmexii
      @foreversmexii 3 роки тому +5

      Yes! I am currently doing that right now. I passed the writing essay, then the math, and now I'm focusing on the reading test! Do everything at your own pace! For the Core test I think it's $180 and the tests individually are $90 but it's so much better doing it one test at a time because the Core test with all 3 can be overwhelming.Hope that helps! :)
