It's def misguided as she chooses to love him anyway but fully shutting his care for her away is something he never fully manages to do.

In the manga Eren tells mikasa that he hates her and then fights Armin, but that was because Eren wanted them to move away because he knew they could die, so He did it for the sake of Armin and Mikasa. In chapter 123 I feel like Eren wanted to know if it wasn’t just a one sided love hance him asking “What am I to you?” and Mikasa said “You’re family” later on the chapter Mikasa asks herself “What if I had chosen another answer?” so she regretted what she said and thought that if she told him her “true” feelings the outcome of the story would’ve been different. And I agree Eren told her that he hates her bc he wanted her to free herself from the curse or to move on from him bc he might die. I hope I made a bit of sense cuz I’m terrible at explaining my thoughts
She didn't 'love' Eren here. She cared for him, but definitely didn't love him. In the canon universe, she gives up on life after he dies and briefly after only decides to live to preserve Eren's memories. She doesn't do any of that here. No rational person would fall in love THIS quickly.

Well well, after the leak of 139, AOT literally surpass the Romeo and Juliet. In fact, there couldn’t be any relationship which can be that tragic than Eren and Mikasa love story which was doomed to be cruel from the very beginning but yet it was so sweet.
And it hurts more because Juliet and Romeo were young at that time and they only knew each other not that long, atleast even when they died, they were aware of each other's feelings. Meanwhile Eren and mikasa were together since they were kids, they've been through up's and Downs together, they knew they loved each other but were unable to tell each other because they knew the freedom of everyone was much greater for their love so they understood that in the end, they must sacrifice their love and their happy ending in order to bring a happy ending to other people. They didn't even get to say they loved each other, it hurts. Not even a kiss I- In the past they have the time and many chances to run away, to pursue their love, but knowing their mindset and their personalities, they wouldn't sacrifice mankind's freedom because of their selfishness. Levi dont have any headache when he send Erwin to his death or when he let him to die ( Erwin is Levi's liege , confirmed by Isayama).Also, Mikasa had a lot of non-Eren related headaches , she have headaches probably because of her PTSD. The ackermans can awakened their power without having a liege , Levi and Kenny for exemple. They dont lose their true selves , every ackerman have the same personality after the awaken their power ( Mikasa is an exception because she become traumatized , unlike the other two ackermans). The ackermans protect their liege because they want to ( again confirmed by Isayama) but they have moments when they cant control their body , like when Mikasa slammed Armin. But they can choose when to not protect them , like when Armin try to punch Eren the second time , or when Jean and Levi hit Eren in S3 ep 12.

It’s funny because during that scene, I think Mikasa asks him if Armin knows how babies are made and he confidently tells Mikasa that he knows how and that storks deliver the babies to mothers. Then she asks “how?” and he says they carry them on their back and she questions him, “wouldn’t the baby fall off though?” and he thinks about it for some seconds and says “You’re right... maybe armin knows since he’s really smart,” somewhere along the lines. He also blushed subtly in Season 1 of the anime when he wrapped the scarf around her and encouraged her to come live with his family in the actual course of events here. I can't recall if he's blushed for her any other times in the main series, though.
It’s funny because during that scene, I think Mikasa asks him if Armin knows how babies are made and he confidently tells Mikasa that he knows how and that storks deliver the babies to mothers.
Then she asks “how?” and he says they carry them on their back and she questions him, “wouldn’t the baby fall off though?” and he thinks about it for some seconds and says “You’re right... maybe armin knows since he’s really smart,” somewhere along the lines.
But anyway I found that very funny and cute lol 😂
