ഇതൊക്കെ കേട്ടിട്ട് എൻ്റെ ഒരു തീരുമാനം, ഞാൻ ഒരു BEST അശാരിക്ക് കൊടുക്കും, വീടിന് തൊട്ടടുത്ത് തന്നെ ഉണ്ട്, വീട്ടിലെ കുറെ furnitures ivar ഉണ്ടാക്കിയതാണ്. നമ്മുടെ പുരാതനകാലം മുതൽക്കേ ഉള്ള ഒരു കലയാണല്ലോ ഇവർക്ക് ഉള്ളത്, എത്ര എത്ര തറവാടുകളിലും, അമ്പലങ്ങളിലും ഒക്കെ ആശരിമാരുടെ കളാവിരുത് കണ്ടിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. ഇതൊക്കെ കൊണ്ട് I prefer them.
ഞാൻ ഇവിടെ ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ എന്തായാലും ഒരു interior ferm തന്നെ നോക്കണം, എന്നാലും ഞാൻ നല്ല ആശരി മരെ prefer ചെയ്യും

Eight years back, I have contracted one of the most reputed and celebrity interior firm in Kerala for my kitchen and other works. The result is, within six months, I have to replace some part of my kitchen cupboard which was badly damaged. It is understandable that they have used some cheap material instead of marine plywood as promised. So beware of cheating, company reputation alone will not give enough guarantee for your work. For a common man, it is very difficult to identity at the initial stage, which material they have used for our home. Now my new home is under construction, and I am planning to do it with a good carpenter to avoid such cheating.

I am planning for interiors for 3 bhk flat. Average quotation received was 20 lakhs.
Took quote from carpenters @ 100 rs per sq,feet of plywood/board. Approximate sheets required are 65.
So the approximated estimate for direct work including gypsum ceiling was below 10 lakhs estimated which is 50% les the the company quotes.

1.മുതിർന്ന കുട്ടികൾ ഉള്ള വീട്ടിൽ സ്ത്രീകൾ ബാത്‌റൂമിൽ പോയാണ് ഡ്രസ്സ് മാറുന്നത്.
2. കുളികഴിഞ്ഞു ധരിക്കുവാനുള്ള വസ്ത്രങ്ങൾ കുളിമുറിയിൽ വെക്കുമ്പോൾ , കുളിക്കുമ്പോഴുണ്ടാകുന്ന സോപ്പും , അഴുക്കും ചേർന്ന മലിന ജലം കുളി കഴിഞ്ഞു ധരിക്കാനുള്ള വസ്ത്രത്തിൽ ആവുന്നു .
3. ബാത്റൂമിന്റെയും ബെഡ്റൂമിന്റെയും ഇടയ്ക്കു ഡ്രസിങ് റൂം പണിയുമ്പോൾ ബാത്റൂമിലെ മണം നേരിട്ട് ബെഡ്‌റൂമിൽ എത്തുകയില്ല .
